30 Min TRIPLE Full Body HIIT | No Equipment No Repeat

  • In this 30 Min TRIPLE Full Body HIIT | No Equipment No Repeat we will have a 12x bundle of 3x movements: the first movement is a basic movement, the second movement is an Explosive movement and the 3rd is a Cardio Movement. We Will be focusing on different body parts with each bundle and that will be challenging! We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest in between. After the first 6x bundles there will be a 50 second Water-Break.

    This workout kicked my ass. A calorie dense workout perfect to deal with calorie dense Christmas fare. The bonus with this workout is the after-burn. My heart rate remained high for quite a while after the workout burning additional calories

    This was among your most toughest workout.. It took me 35 minutes to complete this workout,, following moves were intense for me but i enjoyed this workout.. thank you sir for today's session ❤😊🙏

    Had to take 2 additional short pauses to catch my breath, but pushed through and finished. According to Garmin Fenix: Max HR 162bpm, Average HR 131bpm, 340 total calories burned.

      Because there are enough people that are capable of doing them 🫡 there are plenty of beginners workouts out there and these are more advanced ones.
