I really love your teachings, ….it’s so difficult to do qigong if you have COPD, since it’s all about breathing!!
Take your time. Breath in a way that's comfortable and gently work on improving. I think youtube let's you slow the videos if you need.

I have crps I was told to do this? Because my leg feet and heal kills me does this heal crps? 2 does it help blood flow?
3 does it help inflammation?
