This is such a great practice. Make sure to be gentle with yourself. There should be no pain or exhaustion. Be as consistent as possible. Tracking your progress can be helpful too. You may notice small shifts or certain times of day are better. You could even try to practice at the time of the Liver according to the organ clock. Liver is between 1am-3am. Make sure you are sleeping well at that time and then try to practice during the day early morning or at the opposite of the liver time. 1p-3p. Happy practicing and feeling better! Let us know how it goes! 🙏
@@WhiteTigerQigong i meant do we need to release old stuck or stagnant chi in our body before we move the chi like in your exercises. like for a person who has digestion & liver issues , but also that doesn’t move that much during the day (so the chi energy is stagnant). can we just stat doing this liver exercise, or do we need to do other exercises that “release old chi” or something else that it’s called?
Great question! The movements where you are twisting your torso you are squeezing the kidneys to flush out any stagnation and allowing new fresh blood to flow in. The second exercise has the twisting but then the added bending to the side helps to compress the liver (on the right under your ribs) when you bend to the right and then bending to the left, you are compressing the spleen and pancreas. You are essentially massaging the organs to help them flush out the old fluids to have new flow in. Make sense?
Thank you for your feedback. Some videos have more instruction and explanation than others. I'm sure there are others with less explanation. If you need suggestions. Let us know. 🙏
This is the first time I watch your videos. As a health Qigong instructor I value all your detailed explanation for each movement. I just finished practicing your exercises and feel all the stretch!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. ❤

is it necessary to do qigong purging exercises before doing this exercises (for ppl who have stagnant energy and are new to qigong)?
Thank you for your comment. Can you explain what you mean by purging specifically?

@@luvyou-baby This Qigong is actually helping to release that.
@@WhiteTigerQigong thank you for replying
I wonder how those movements help detox?

Very good, thank you, but you should put a music more traditional, more relaxing, more helpful for the concentration!

An alternate opinion here! I like the instructions b/c I am new to the practice and don’t know all the details of the movements yet.
