I don’t know how to thank you, Ksney for this video! I have had pain in my left leg for 6 months and I’m not sure if I pulled something, if it’s arthritis or a combination of both. I found your video and for the last 2 months I’ve been using it one to two times a day. I can’t believe it but the pain has almost completely gone away. I’ve been gently walking each day as well but after using your video as well, my leg felt so much better! I think my relief really came from your help! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Warmly, Cathy❤
This has helped immensely with stiffness from cold weather conditions and soreness from exhaustion. Bless you for sharing this beneficial routine. ❤ Much love to you all and prayers of wellness to everyone out here🤲🏻✨
Kseni is a wonderful teacher. She explains slowly and clearly. Never rushes the process. Even someone as uncoordination like me can 6:43 follow the exercises. I also appreciate not having to listen to philosophy lectures for the experience of Quigomg.😊
Hi Garbiela, thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 I’m so glad the pace and clarity of the sessions are helping you feel comfortable in the practice. Qigong is all about connecting with your body, so no need for complicated lectures-just simple, focused movement! If you’d like to dive deeper into the exercises, my membership site has longer, ad-free videos and live classes where we can keep building your practice together. Thank you again for being part of the journey! 💛
I have a new puppy so I am doing more walking at all hours and on my feet a lot more due to weather preparations. This is perfect, seated Qigong. Thank you
Having nerve problems in the legs from spinal stenosis, am limited to qigong movements in a chair. After doing this routine, my lower body feels great. Kudos and thanks. Will be part of my daily practice.
So a year later and I’m repeating this! With a boot on left leg and foot today. A PT came to my home today but I felt like I needed more so doing some of your seated videos and a random one for qigong in a wheelchair. I can finally bear weight with the left foot and that made the knee inflamed. 🥴 I’m sure doing this regularly will put to that! Thanks for the help!., ❤❤❤
I don't know how to express my gratitude for your qigong classes...I was standing all day and came home to do the tired legs session..feel so much better Thank u ....Veronica Canada

Thank you kseny! One just realises that we need to think of the individual parts of our body. It was a lovely practice! Thank you and have a good day! Jan
Hi Katerina, thank you for watching and taking the time to share. I’m glad you enjoyed this routine and felt good. Have you been practicing Qigong before?
@@qigongwithkseny I just started about a month ago. I have been changing my lifestyle the last 8 years due to some autoimmune health issues. I have changed my diet, added meditation, yoga and tai chi, but just recently heard about Qi gong. So, I thought I would give it a try. I always thought it was for “old people”, but am pleasantly surprised at how good it feels. Your videos have been extremely helpful. You are extremely informed and your gentle voice is much appreciated. Thank you for all of your videos!
Hi Kseny, i absolutely love TAPPING !! My body harbours a lot of tension on a continuous basis and I find that tapping invigorates and gets blood circulating ! My question : when i do my Qi GOng practice can I immediately start with tapping my body or do I need to build up to that ? I'm thinking I should just go with what my body is wanting or needing at any particular period in time ? :) thanks for all your wonderful teachings ! I thoroughly enjoy them ! 🙏

Still enjoying this. Boot alternating with an AirCast on left foot now so progress is being made.
Noticing differences helps with the healing process. It helps the nervous system hold the healing so it can build with continuous care.

Wonderful for my old legs, but I feel uneven since I didn't do the same leg slaps and massage on my left leg that I did on my right.
Hi Danton, what stopped you?:)
Do you have a recording for parkinsons?
This routine is truly relaxing my legs....how many times a week should this be done? Thanking you in advance.
