Jeff, please update a new seated practice for those who have a hard time standing for some of your other offerings. Been practicing with you for over two years during these difficult times. You have been a welcome visitor every day and have helped my body, mind and spirit. Keep up the good work.

Thank you, Jeff, so much for this sitting QiGong routine. I've been practicing a standing QiGong for years, & it's been my mainstay. Five weeks ago I had knee replacement surgery, and dearly miss my standing QiGong. Recently, a wise medical professional suggested that I find a sitting QiGong routine to do daily. and today I have found it! Bless you!

This is a very relaxing, grounding practice. Great for any time I'm too tired to do a standing routine or in a more meditative, resting state of mind. 15 minutes was perfect too. Thanks!!!

I have been dealing with a knee injury which prevents me from doing things like hiking and working out which are my usual " soul therapy" - doing this practice helps me feel much better, more grounded and relaxed and better able to deal with my limitations. Thank you so much! Your voice and demeanour are very soothing.

I’m recovering from many chronic illnesses and doing neural retraining. As I’m mostly sitting or lying down (for now!), this is perfect for me. Thank you so much. I’ve never really tried this before and feeling that “resistance” between my hands doing the ball portion was fascinating. I could really feel it! Will be watching this over and over.

Wonderful! So happy I found you. When I reached big bear, I felt and heard my spine pop right into alignment. What a glorious workout. I love what you said about getting out of the way of our own natural desire for health. That is spot on. I’m a watercolor painter and often get so lost in the process I forget about my body mechanics, and then after painting, I suffer for the remainder of the day. This will help me pay better attention to when I need a break. Thanks doc for the help in restoring my health. Blessings to you and to the whole world!

Excellent video. As a tai chi teacher, I find this sitting qigong lesson easy to understand and easy to follow. It has all the fundamentals as well: posture, breathing, quality of movement etc. Most important though, It makes qigong accessible to everyone instead of it being a difficult, obscure art. Thanks so much for sharing this with us.

My sister sent me this link and I'm so glad she did. I'm contending with multiple heath issues so caretaking my mom who has degenerative spine problems, & chronic digestive diseases, is becoming increasingly challenging. I practiced Hatha yoga for 9 yrs. but that was years ago. I was able to do this chair exercise and I'm feeling centered. I look forward to more 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for posting this gentle sitting routine. I have been advised by several people to do qiqong to help with my illness (ME/CFS) but this is the only one i have found so far that I can manage without pain. I can only get up to 11 minutes so far but hope to increase over time. I love your calm and gentle attitude and you explain and demonstrate the moves clearly. I am a fan!
