People ask all the time how I look so young. My answer: 1. I do Qi Gong every day 2. I avoided the stress of both marriage and children

I am not reversing aging, but rejuvenating. A completely different starting point. It feels much different than always focusing on anti-aging or reverse aging. ❤

@simidhillon7275 I'm sorry you are dealing with frozen shoulder- so hard to be active with that pain. Check out the book "Shoulder Pain? The Solution & Prevention", Revised & Expanded Paperback by John M Kirsch M D. The exercises may help you regain use of your shoulder. Best of luck. ~Lorelei

Been watching your videos for the past 3 years. Thank you for teaching me Qi Gong, your video, the 30 minute morning routine is the first exposure to Qi Gong I ever had and I did it everyday for a year. The positive results I achieved encouraged me to do even more. The 8 brocades, I do that one too among other instructional videos of yours. I'm 55 and I can do 45 pushups in less than a minute. Used to take me 2 or more minutes with a few pauses when I hit 30 to get up to 50 when I was 20 years old. Now I do it straight through without stopping, I kid you not 45 pushups, sometimes in 30 to 40 seconds. Qi Gong works, period. It turns back the clock, that's exactly what it does. Life Force maintenance that's what I call it when young people ask me what the hell I'm doing. I incorporate Qi Gong with calisthenics and weight training. I do squats too, every day. Knocking on the door of life! That's what you have to do, so life doesn't forget you still are there and you ain't done yet. Not by a long shot. It's almost like praying, like meditation. Connecting with God for a moment. The Source.

You will never understand how much I appreciate you and your teaching methods. You are my absolute best friend personal trainer. I mostly use your dvds because of the wifi in my rural area. I love UA-cam, too, though. You also help my elderly father. We both thank you. Sincerely. You are the real deal.

I’ve been practicing qigong for about 25 years, and I love discovering new exercises or new ways of doing ones I already do. These exercises look nice. Sadly, anything that is promoted as anti-aging or reversing aging is a real turnoff for me. To say something will help keep one healthy and promote wellbeing throughout their years is welcome, and more honest and accurate. To view aging as negative is unhealthy, unkind, unnatural and unhelpful.☮️☯️

I feel invigorated for the day after doing your workout. Your presentation is wonderful and I thank you very much for sharing your expertise.

Hi I'm 72 and if it's easy and relaxing you'll get no gains from it. You need some impact to build bone and work your muscles until they ache and your heart pounds. Run, squat weights. Go for the easy option you'll fade away ❤

@@HoldenQiGong My husband died three years ago and I was watching you on your UA-cam channel before he died so that means I've been watching you off and on for over fou years but then after he died I got leukemia so I was pretty sick lady, but I've been in remission for about a year. It's taking me a while to get the perseverance to take up exercising. I stay busy with yard work and grandchildren and things like that but exercising just kind of falls by the way side, but I feel so good doing qigong that I hope I can persevere with these exercises. I am 75. And now that I think about it I think I actually have your book somewhere around this house. Thanks Scott all messed up when I was sick but I think I'm going to try to find it.
