Sorry lee...at week 6,7,8 your maintenance calories wont be 2600...it has to be less than that..bcz u bodyweight has gone down..so u have to calculate the calories accordingly...u will still lose weight..but not 2.5kg per week..thats why ppl get stuck at a certain weight at some point of a time... 👍
U are correct, recalculating makes it more accurate. I recalculate on week 10 I believe. After around a 6kg drop. We can do it even every 4 weeks to improve accuracy. Also it's 2.5kg per month, not a week.

I'm not sure but seem this calculation is all wrong 🤦♂
e.g When Calculating for the first four weeks -
BMR - 2,600 Cal/day
Deficit 650 Cal/day
If you take only 1,950 cal/day from food as you've shown here, then with Cardio, your overall loos should be (1,950 cal - 200 cal ) = 1,750 cal/day .
So if reducing 200 cal from Cardio and you're total deficit target per day is 1,950 cal, then from food you need to take 2,150 cal/day. So when you burn 200 cal your total Calorie intake would be 1,950 - i.e (2,150 cal - 200 cal ).
