      @viraj jayaweera 1st cut - i deacreased rice and other cheap meals , i did more cardio in gym
      ( with my instructor - MR.wasantha kumara bulathsinghala )
      2nd cut - i cant go to gym (oil problem ) , i get 1000 calaroies for day and i did cycling as a cardio
