This workout came across my feed this morning and I told my friend after she text me that she got the video also (( she does not do the videos...yet)) and I told her I was going to do the workout tonight. Well late night I came to the gym room to stretch, I was tired from working in garden and this video again was on my feed and I said to myself, " oh yeah, I said I was going to do this workout" If I say I am gonna do it, it commits me, So I did it and I am glad I did. Felt good and needed !
Between covid and menopause negative impact but consistently working out since January 2023 with you 5 days a week, lifting weights 3 days a week and paying attending to portions is slowly coming off and I feel more energetic and healthier and side effect I am looking healthier too!

They are all medica professionals and they all address menopause and how our bodies are changing. All the issues no one talks about and our OB/GYNS refuse to address with us because we are no longer in our child bearing years. Definitely get your hormone levels checked. All hormones must be balanced in order for us to be healthy.

It has been a difficult few years, illnesses and death in family, covid, results of covid and no gym/hiking/dancing time and then I had a knee replacement. My doctor is amazed at my recovery- even as i couldn't move the bottom part of my body, I moved the top! Blood flow heals!!!! All these pieces of video weave into a beautiful and healthful workout. Tried this out today, what a fabulous challenging exercise. Never feel I get to do my muffin top. Balancing on one of them was a bit of a challenge today being that I haven't done exercise for a while. Thank you for your guidance.
As I get older my belly just seems to get worse and I had a complete hysterectomy at 38,but now as I am going to be turning 52 my weight and belly seems to be increasing i haven't weighed this much since I was pregnant at age 20. I really needed this. Thank you ❤
