    God Bless You! I 💜 your workouts but with Fibromyalgia it's hard to get on the floor and do jacks or burpees cause of my bad knees. This is perfect - can't wait to try it!!

      @@Mrandmrsmuscle for me first workout I only made it to the 12 minute mark.....is it still gonna be effective?? Can I break it like that and maybe do the other half in a little while??? I truly pushed myself but as an overweight person the knees to elbow is the HARDEST .....It's almost like my legs won't come up that far

    I've tried other workouts in the past year, but none compare to yours! I keep my favorites in a playlist and just added this to the rotation. It is "PURE FIRE"!!! I always feel like a got a lot of bang for the 10-20 minutes I spend with you all. Also, thank you for providing a separate warm up and cool down. I really enjoy mixing things up.     I think my life just changed...I had to pause a few times cause I could feel my heart rate getting way up there. I haven't worked out in over 3 years and really even then, I wasn't healthy as a kid. Just using this video to even begin moving my body feels so so good. I know I need to learn how to focus and activate muscles, and I'll get there in time, but from the bottom of my heart THANK-YOU for making this so easy, quick, and straight forward.     hey there guys!!! congrats for such nice and sweaty programs! when you mentioned about your primary or modified protocol, from 2-5 workout days these 3 workouts a day need to be combined? i mean 1 hiit, one upper part and 1 abs for example? I'm waiting for your answer to start as soon as possible!! love your workouts and wanna do them the best way and take the most advantage of them. Love from Mexico state , do I need to combine from all your list?

    Love your videos...got my son doing them too! He wishes the hubby (or whatever his title is...😁) was in more of the videos! Whatever the case, they way you all have the workouts set up, is phenomenal! Some of the best short workouts ever, because I’m always sweating and kind of struggling when that fourth set comes around! More 20 minute videos, please!

    This was amazing. I thought it would be easier and it sort of was but I was fully dripping once it was complete😩. Keep doing amazing things 🙏🏾. I’ve already done this twice. Can’t wait for next ones 💪🏾
