As i assume you must be just going into the fitness world if non vegetarian you should have only 1 scoop after your workout and if vegetarian you can have 2 scoops one at morning one after the workout..people say you should use per gram per kg that means you should have 115g of protien but in initial stages its hard to digest so better start with 50g of protien :)
