      cutting fruits from your diet will not make u weight loss,just need to avoid processed foods and artificial suger, watermelon, bananas and mangos have natural sugers which contain fructose.

      Subhalaxmi Das it's just mad that not eating fruits for weight loss,if u can't eat mangoes in this summer u can't eat until next summer, fruit is a naturs gift,just eat whole dals and legumes with fruits what u like,just complete ur dinner by 6-7pm with roti and salad or veg curry,or consume only fruits which is best for weight loss,this will also improve your sleep quality,just follow this one rule u will see the magic try it for 30 days,and don't eat when u are not hungry,and my final suggestion try to cutdown complete animal products,u will see day and night difference,this is not the info from internet and other sources, this is what I'm following and experiencing,u can take all leefy vegetables and vegetables in ur diet which are having less calories and more fiber

    Bro you give great advises but when I want to follow you every time it seemed very hard because I am a hosteler. Students like me who live outside from their home for their studies are compelled to eat what hostel mess provides us which is abundant in oil and sugar so please make a video on how a guy who live in a hostel can efficiently keep his or her diet healthier and how they can follow the fat loss and muscle gaining exercise plan.

    Thank you for the video. But there is some misinformation here. Gluten intolerance is not limited to those with celiac . There is a condition called non-celiac gluten insensitivity which I recently developed. Even my doctor here in Canada suggested that the chances of me, an Indian person, having gluten intolerance are rare, but unlike celiac disease, gluten insensitivity can be developed later in life due to non genetic factors. My trigger was a long period of high stress, before which even I consumed wheat for 25 years, but after which I saw a definite correlation between my chronic stomach aches and gluten consumption. If anyone else is feeling this way, try avoiding gluten for a few days, and you might see a correlation too.

    Being a vegetarian in India is not a crime. In fact, spices and healthy oils can be used to make flavourful foods like lentils/daal, chick peas/choley, and channa unlike the West where vegetarian options are less flavourful and limited.

    Which Indian vegetables are low in carbohydrates.Since it’s not possible or practical to eat broccoli, lettuce, Chinese cabbage , pok Choy everyday.
    Apart from Cauliflower ,lauki, Turai and leafy greens which vegetables can we eat to give abundant fibre,satiety and still be low in carb so that the veggies don’t eat up the carb allowance.

    I would prefer a whole milk paneer than skimmed milk paneer as skimmed milk products are high in carbs.

    Quinoa is an excellent high quality vegetarian plant protein. Can substitute in indian dishes as well in place of rice.

    Excellent video from a Doctor
    However , there is one catch point which was missing. Many in India, consider eating 'eggs' as vegetrian , for them chicken and other products are non veg ,but not the egg
    So , if you can add an egg , that obliterates the need of having mixed dals
    Don't mind dude. Just giving sn advice. Excellent as usual

    Bro i really do follow ur vedios........ But regarding this vegetarian weight loss u have forgotten to include vegetarian salad which is about spinach,sprouts, kale...... This vegetarian foods truly help to reduce belly fat...... Do include this vegetables in ur next vegetarian diet vedios

    I have a prob thou i am on a diet but my calorie intake is low(800-900 cal) i can't increase it i really tried.! People say i won't loose wieght until i eat min 1000cal
    But can't help it every thing is sooo high on carbs.!

      Tanisha Agarwal u will loose skin charm . hair loss. slerp loss fatigue. your immunity will go weak. never diet just eat right. quit rice roti oil artificial sugar sodium from I Dian food u will see the difference. Add great leafy vegetables oats fruits seeds legumes nuts.

    Its 5 months now doing cardio at home but i am not getting any reaults , Insted of that i am getting my stomach increased , i m not taking any supplements and any diet just doing it in my regular meals ex. dals ,rice, meat ,chickn ,fish , i m also cutted off my half meal which is used to have it before starting cardio . searched various diets but its always confusing whats best , i am 24 yr old , and these are my problms i hope u reply and suggest me the best , i m so tired of my belly as well, and i m little chubby , thanks

      As i assume you must be just going into the fitness world if non vegetarian you should have only 1 scoop after your workout and if vegetarian you can have 2 scoops one at morning one after the workout..people say you should use per gram per kg that means you should have 115g of protien but in initial stages its hard to digest so better start with 50g of protien :)

      Actualy i went totaly on low carb diet. I m pure veg so i totaly depend on panner. Like breakfast peanuts+whey protein
      Mid morning any fruit
      Lunch paneer bhurji with some salad
      Preworkout mein whey protein
      Workout
      Postworkout mein whey
      Then dinner mein cucumber beet root
