I saw my mother struggling since 2012 to lose fat. Late pregnancy (at the age of 35) changed how she looked. I never gave her journey a thaught as I was always busy in my studies and career. This pandemic lockdown gave me enough time for all such things. I came to know that she is amazingly strong and efficient for her age. It tells how she always worked hard but still never reached her goal in these 9 years. As you said education is the key. I have started Educating my maa and we are able to see amazing results within few months. But, regretting... I should have done this earlier..... I want to thank you for making such amazing video. I will always be sharing it to womens like my mother.❤️
I follow weight training, and there are very few indian youtubers who encourage weight training for women. One of the best indian fitness video for women. And yes weight training makes me so happy, its like that time in the gym is just mine and it feels so amazing! Thanks for the amazing video Good luck! Definitely sharing it with friend who tell me “dolle kyun bana rahi ladki hoke”.
I’m a mother of a 17 years old. I have been a swimmer all my life, but I have just started strength training since July 2019. Along with an hour of swimming, the result is super good so far. Now, my daughter and I both strength train together. She does it to gain muscle, and I do it to lose fat! I’m 40 years old and looking forward to lifting weights for as long as possible, and I have just subscribed to your channel. Great content! ❤️
Hey, this video helped me alot actually. I am 15 years old but my weight is 73 kg . Now I started doing Surya namaskar cardio and strength training at home. I am losing my motivation . I broke my diet 2 days ago and started eating junks again , but I am starting from tomorrow. Wish me luck guys 🤠

Ur final point of workout making one a better person is spot on. People need to realise this more importantly than just looking good

this video is simply amazing. I have always worked out and had decent fitness levels. I got married at 30 and life happened and I stopped working out and then my body changed. I became a bad version of myself and hated how I had started looking. I started working out seriously from last year making weight training a crucial part of my work out and boy the results are immense. I am fitter, stronger and my body looks much much better. Like they say, its never too late. I am sharing this video with my friends and family for sure.

It's not at all a slow progress. 😳 1 kg in 10 days is way too fast. Keep up the good work. Do exercise daily. I can't completely get rid off sugar I have 1 cup of evening tea everyday but yes that's it. Only then sugar goes in my body. I do exercise daily a lot of exercise. 🙂 And I also follow diet but I eat chips once a week and some deep fried thing ( homemade ) once a week .. 🙂 I loose 1 kg per month. 😃
Omg!u completely resonate with me. I never believed in paying for gyms/fitness trainers/diet plans. I understood this long back that they don't have enough knowledge and that I just need to understand basic concepts about food! It took me few months to get the whole food game right.. and I also took up international workouts and did this whole "home workout"setup. And it worked👍! And yes, just cardio doesn’t,will NOT help. It has to be strength training as well. This entire formula worked and here I am, 15kgs lighter and stronger💪
I really really appreciate your thoughts about educating women for weight training. I am 37 and do weight training 5 days a week. You are so right, it feels so powerful and happy after each training. I see most of our women on the cardio machines all the time. I shared this vdo with all the women I know. Thank you so much ☺️
Thank you! It's so nice to see someone who tells you that all progress comes from a healthy diet! I've been lifting weights for a year now, I'm down 20lbs and I cook about 98% of the food I eat. I constantly see women in the gym killing them selves with cardio and seeing no results. Even friends of mine do the same, and I always tell them it is the food you put in your body. No one ever seems to want to make that lifestyle change. We've been fed this idea that cookies and chips, fast food are okay but they give us no nutritional benefit.

He is the best ,eloquent and straight forward Indian UA-cam speaking on physical fitness 💪. Really great and appreciative work you are doing. Especially his point on Indian trainers is just spot on
Hey Ranveer, Your channel has really motivated me to take up weight training. Like many other women, I have always focussed on cardio exercises to remain fit. Could you do a video on basic weight training exercises that can be done at home? That would be very helpful to me and many other women too. Also, being fit means being healthy, and I can say that from my personal experiences too. Keep up your good work and keep making those scientifically backed fitness content videos.
Very well said 😇 i do yoga everyday and i have lost 10kg, people ask me how yoga can reduce fat this fast without A (stupid paid)diet plan. And i just do 45 min yoga, no maid, no sugar and dinner at 7pm, and yes i have never done any dieting, do my breakfast after yoga, have lunch ( that even a proper Indian lunch but in a small quantity or a required quantity) and yes my favourite dinner with one roti at 7pm. And 3 lt of water thats it and trust me its not that hard...!!!
I have never listen a video talking about this content, seriously very nice!!! Weight loss is not a goal but it's actually a life time journey that makes you feel happy that's teach you discipline!!!!
Thank you! Very helpful..I am 42 and 185lbs in weight, my challenge is pain in my joints. I am going to start slow and then ramp it up knce I am lighter. Thanks for the video ..very encouraging.
i love weight training..My weight is 45kgs and my height is 4.9..u wont believe how many men and women who saw me weight training have asked me why i even bother to do it..i dont look fat so i must be fit..i dislike this mentality and i always tell them i need to be fitter..weight training helps me do that..and then they frown upon thinking ill look like a man..i just laugh away at their ignorance..

Great video! I am a big believer that how our body looks is 80% our food and 20% exerice. Control how much we eat. Have a balanced diet, eat what you like just control to eat just a little bit less...Feel satisfied but not full. And 20% how active we are, just walk a little bit more Or weight lifting...any activity that you enjoy.
Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

Hi Ranveer, I have to Comend you on your great work, I watched ur TED talk a girl in the Gym where you mentioned that you motivated ur Mum to actually start going to the Gym and Lifting. I was Hoping you could make a weight loss workout video for elderly women. I would love to see my Mum Start doing a light workout soon. Thanks In Advance Cheers.
This is such a good video, as a stroke survivor I'm trying to recover from the paralysis ir caused me but ranveer is an amazing guy helping people up with their fitness goals. I hope y'all stay happy healthy. Always.🙂🙂
Rightly said, at the age of 30 when my body is really tearing that's when I understand the benefits of strength training. I urge every woman to start strength training at their early 20's.😊
This video is basically a summary of everything I've learned over the years, through mistakes and researching. I can completely attest to this. I think in addition to what he's said people need to also understand that being on a healthy diet means eating nutritious food more and also in moderation, such that you don't feel hungry. It's not at all about not eating or eating very little that you starve yourself. I think, this is a big misconception which surprisingly not just women but I've come across guys following those crazy diets which does you more harm and no good. The biggest thing I've achieved is probably boosting my confidence once I started incorporating strength training. You feel more independent and needn't rely on someone else to do the heavy lifting (not that it's wrong but why not depend less? ) and also end up assisting other people too. I think the first and only thought that anybody should have is workout to get fit and not to become " thin" as per societal norms. I've met guys and girls who've teased me implying that I'm fat just because I am fit and not " thin". So, do it for yourself and not for others. I'd rather be strong than weak and please myself than such kinds of people. So, ladies! Kick ass with this amazing video! Thank you for this! Immensely happy to watch this because there aren't many Indian fitness trainers who have uploaded the right content .
When I used to do push ups and weight lifting my family members used to say you will gain muscle and will make u look like man .today you have ended my fear from today I will start strength giving exercise again. Thank you beer biceps.

I have seen aged women around me( in family also) they tend to lose bone density & poor muscle health but they are not willing to devote some time to exercise.
It's been months since I started watching your content but these exercise/ fitness related videos I used to ignore them but today when I watched and I regret not watching them before. From today I'm going to educate myself about fitness and diets and after procrastinating for year I'm going to take actions till I see results. See you after 1 month with results
This is an amazing video.. everybody should watch it... I started weight training last week and watching this video really helped..!!

Hi Ranveer, I've just started gymming and I'm so grateful I came across this video! This has given me a lot of information and cleared all the misconceptions I had about strength training. Thanks a lot for being so inclusive and creating content like this. More power to you ♥
To help people struggling in minimizing sugar, dates are super sweet and healthy! Whenever I'm craving for sweetness I just it a couple of them and they are the best!
I'm 22 year old nd i Started gym 1 week ago ....this video helps me alot.... Plz make more videos about women diet..... Thank you 💙
I m a doctor and this guy is scientifically super relevant and correct 😊
All your videos are very informative. You are one of the best guy on youtube, Ranveer. 😊🤗
Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
You are right, to be a successful person in life require him or her of hard work and time
The thing about been successful is working toward it and not going the other way round
You're right. Been thinking of going into gold and cryptocurrency
It's obvious everyone is going into investing cryptocurrency especially BTC
Talking about been successful. I know I am
blessed if not I wouldn't have met someone is as spectacular as Nancey Royce

This is such a good video, as a stroke survivor I'm trying to recover from the paralysis ir caused me but ranveer is an amazing guy helping people up with their fitness goals.
I hope y'all stay happy healthy. Always.🙂🙂
Rightly said, at the age of 30 when my body is really tearing that's when I understand the benefits of strength training. I urge every woman to start strength training at their early 20's.😊
I m 17 and I have started thinking being fit in a long term nd your video s are helping me a lot, thank u bhaiya!
Just lift ladies I love lifting !!!!
Me too. I find cardio boring
Wow omg wow something that I've been always looking for since ages! Thankyou! Been so helpful 😍
