      i am a 16 year old 5'9 boy who weighs 75kg,i wanna lose weight and i want to be leaner and stronger...i have been going to the gym since 3 months and have noted increase in strength but only 2 kg weight loss....i have a very bad diet as i eat fast food 4 days in a week....
      i drink around 750ml milk daily,is it okay or not?and why?how much milk should i consume daily for it to be healthy?

      @@yobcastle7859 The multiplier for maintenance calories after finding the BMR is one small step. But he's not incorrect. He said that BMR is the number of calories he'll burn even if he does nothing. Though nutrition science is a vast field, he's done a fine job in this short video.

    I like how he makes certain comments such as recommending people to not bargain with the street vendors buying groceries, instead save the money spent on fast food. I also appreciate the tone he uses- the way our family or friends make suggestions.       Just follow the basics if you can't follow all the diets etc cut down on sugar sweet biscuits chocolates bakery etc and eat apples regularly.

    So here is the update :- Hey everyone! I lost 2 kg on this diet by staying consistent for 7 days. It really works if you commit! Unfortunately, I got busy with exams and fell off track, but I plan to give it another go for a month. If you can stick with it, I’m sure you’ll see great results ...i will give it a try again ...     Our islamic values suggest 1/3 rd food, 1/3rd water, 1/3rd left for air. This is how one should fill the stomach.
    Then sit on floor while eating and chew slowly and eat with hands.
    Eat only when u are hungry.
    Don't drink water after meal.
    It's simple living high thinking.
    This method helped me to loose weight easily without stress.

    Not in one month though. Took me about 2 months.
    So far, I completely gave up on added sugar. Eating only healthy

    As someone who is big into fitness and lost almost 100 pounds and kept it off for years, I can say this was all the information the average person needs. Lean Meat deserved a mention. It’s almost as important as veggies to feel full and helps get your protein in. I understand he is vegetarian but if you touch on a topic for the general public it’s important to paint the whole picture without personal practices and biases.

      @@hafsaakram627 2 and 10 are the only one challenging. Rest all are easy. Make sure you consult your Doctor. You can start with 18 hrs fasting and later 16 hrs and then 12. Fixing your diet is utmost important.

    You've shown "dance with deepti" clips @24:20 😃.. I'm doing her online classes for the last 3 months and have lost 4 kgs so far and lot of inches...my clothing size has changed...the class has all the three types of exercises that you've mentioned!
