Because she said vit c of citrus fruits helps in iron absorption present in oats...but what about calcium present in milk...iron and calcium are contradictory to each other in terms of same time absorption perspective...and also said...can take sattu lassi also...how is it possible with milk oats...that is very virudh ahaar...

Thank you Gunjan ji but Calcium inhibits the absorption of Iron. So, it is best not to take them together. So when u say oatmeal is rich in Iron, it should not be paired with milk. What do you think?
