    Hii gunjan mam mostly people says if we take protein with milk it
    will gain weight and in breakfast you have added protein with oats which have milk so is it OK to have ....please clear the doubts....
    And can we have the oats with protein in breakfast after intermittent fasting...

      Because she said vit c of citrus fruits helps in iron absorption present in oats...but what about calcium present in milk...iron and calcium are contradictory to each other in terms of same time absorption perspective...and also said...can take sattu lassi also...how is it possible with milk oats...that is very virudh ahaar...

    Protein powder... Whey yeh sab aam aadmi roz nahi kha sakta... Poha ulma idli dosa sabudana khichdi... joest dosa.. chilla etc him roz badal badal ke khaye hain.. Iats banana strawberry roz jaise khayen?

    Due to tomatoes added in cast iron pan, dal & soya veggies color has changed. Avoid using it iron pan when lemon, tomato, tamarind being used.

    Plz share a protein rich diet for teenagers. I'm 18. And for lunch and dinner , a controlled rice is a must because at this age, mom won't allow not to eat rice for the sake of weight loss 😅

    Thank you Gunjan ji but Calcium inhibits the absorption of Iron. So, it is best not to take them together. So when u say oatmeal is rich in Iron, it should not be paired with milk. What do you think?
