    Hi Gaurav , just a suggestion from my end , most of us are having access to dumbells or rods due to gyms not being opened please include more tips how we can use those for workouts , thanks

      Bahut simple hai. Aap har body part ko include kare . Each one of it . Go easy on weights and don't ego lift. Perfect time to work on form and then stretching. Do splits alternatively on days or u can do full body workouts for cardio effect. Splits are easy to do. For fully body do some 10 different exercise with 2 sets of 10-15 reps. And try to target each body part, have cardio effect

      Gradually increase the weight start with light weight ! Shaking most of the times means you don't have the strength to lift heavyweight & yes dehydration & lack of energy can also b the reason have some carbs & protein before your workout & yes do mostly compound exercises pull ups chin ups push ups bench press shoulder press deadlift etc focus on form then try to increase the weight

    I'm a beginner with just a set of dumbbells looking for muscle gain. A guiding video for that would be great. Also a good warmup routine before and after the workout.
