    Brachialis function is to flex the elbow only not pronation or supination bcz it doesnt insert on radius ... But using pronated grip indirectly puts load on brachialis by decreasing activation of bicep so reverse grip is best to build brachialis muscle....

    Guys guys you need big biceps is it ? Only 3 tips 1) do biceps one day on one day off do minimum 200 reps just use anything weights between 5 to 12.5kgs ) 2) do hammer curls nd isolate moments use fat gripz 3) your night time meal should be 0% salt , try to eat at lest good protein reach meal ( ask your friends to give you a 15 minuets good massage to your biceps) Just do this for 12 days 100% results thank me later
