shot with my friend Ranjeeet singh
warmup
1) Wide stanz squat (140kg, 12 reps) superset with front squat (100kg, 8 reps)
3 warmup sets, 2 working sets. drop seet on the las front squat.
2) regular squats (100kg) superset with leg press, close feet, superslow negative and positive (2 plates only, 4 reps)
3) leg extensions, 3 sets, 15 reps.

@@panic9721 Bro soreness means you have pushed your body beyond your limits so you will probably avoid the gym for the upcoming few days. Instead don't go to your limits so that you can workout everyday. Consistency over Intensity always.

Lie-down in the floor with legs kept high on a bench, make sure the gym is ventilated. The idea is to get blood flowing to your head. You'll be fine in couple of minutes.
