    Sir i have a doubt.
    What if i spread my workout through out the day. What effect will it have on my health. Muscle gain? Fat loss? Overall health??
    For e.g. if i have chest workout today, but i distribute workout throughput the day. All sets with vigorous effort but spread all over the day.
    There is now information regarding this anywhere

    Sir during this covid 19..8 have started workout.. Now during biceps and triceps workout.. I can manage 12.5 kg dumbbells but during chest workout with all around fly and others.. Im having issue handling the dumbbells.. What, should i do!!
