    Once Gaurav sir had more muscle mass than Ranjeet Singh Ricky and now he has shrinked like anything... This proves his too busy work schedule and the amount of hard work he does. And the best thing about him is his humbleness and dedication be it towards his work, his family and as well as his health and physique. Hats off sir... I hope I will meet him one day ♥️

    I am 39 ..was very interested in body building from my teen days .had shoulder injury...so couldn't work out fir more then a month in an year...saw a video of guru maan..that helped me a lot to avoid shoulder injury...now i do not have time but still try to get to the gym 3-4 days a week..and that motivation goes to you...learnt a lot of things...thnks buddy..

    Video ko start krne se pehle mujhe laga isme se 2 chije to aap explain krenge - proper stretch kro or dusra proper contract kro bcz mene bhot videos dekhe hai is se pehle jo tips k naam pe faaltu point batate hai ....everybody knows proper range of motion, stretching, contracting etc is important....but aapne video me kuch hatke bataya jo sach me bhot helpfull tha ....big fan and proud to be ur subscriber bhai 😎

    It’s always hard for me to create muscle and mind connection sir. But I will try this technique to do so.
    I’m a big fan of your the way you simplified the technique and teach those little tips create a huge difference. I just started body building and I watch a lot of videos earlier but from the day I started watchinh your videos my concept are getting clear.

Bhot log bolte hai ki sweat nahi aaya toh workout ache se nahi hua hai.. bhot log bolte hai ki sweat is not that important (even if you are working out for fat loss still if there is very less sweat its okay) so sir ye doubt clear kar di jiye please 🙏
