I am 39 ..was very interested in body building from my teen days .had shoulder injury...so couldn't work out fir more then a month in an year...saw a video of guru maan..that helped me a lot to avoid shoulder injury...now i do not have time but still try to get to the gym 3-4 days a week..and that motivation goes to you...learnt a lot of things...thnks buddy..
