Happiness over money 👍
❤👌
Exactly
I moved into a new house 2 years ago and had to leave my old food forest behind. I miss it. My new food forest is on a 1 acre plot in my back yard. All the trees are clones that were producing fruit when i bought them. It gave me a good head start. I have around 60 trees, 100 bushes, and 20 or so vines. All produce some kind of food. I can't wait till everything grows up.
Hopefully it continues to grow nicely and you give us a tour on a future upload from Fruitful Trees.
Nice
Fruit trees and berries on your own land is the best
I tried about 30 grafts for my neighbour avacodo, not one grafted.
Start yourself a worm bin for worm castings.
With all that time and effort spent on this property. 1 million doesn't even scratch the surface.
Damn right
What a lovely soul this lady is.. Happiness over money. She's got her priorities right! ♥️
This lady is so adorable. No amount of money for her happiness❤love it!
If she ever wants to sell her home, I would gladly buy her home. I would take excellent care of the property, leave it as is, maintain the upkeep, and keep the original beauty of it.
Good for her. We have the issue of mega homes being built all around us. Our fruit trees have taken forever to produce but they finally have started we also have berries growing in abundance on our land. People really underestimate how beneficial they are for us.
This lady is so cool 😎
I dream of a home like hers and her dream yard
Good for her. She gets what is important.
She's a Gem
She might be my favorite guest thus far, she’s got back bone 💪🏻🇺🇸
I will take peace and contentment and a beautiful flowing garden like this over money any day and that is the truth from the heart peace is priceless.
I have often wondered why cities and towns dont plant fruit trees when they are planting to decorate all around town. Especially in parks. I realize there would be a bit of mess BUT how wonderful to be out on a walk in your area and be able to grab an apple or a peach off the tree!!! I think anyhow 😊
It cuts into big store profits. They can't do that
Why would they do that when they want all of us to be poor and miserable!
In Ukraine they do this. You can drive on highway or walk between highrise building and you will see apricot, mulberry, apple, pear or cherry trees. I do not understand, why all these HOA in the US do not allow to plant fruit tree, force people to grow grass and waste water on it.
We had a nature walk here in Texas with all kinds of fruit trees and figs. The concept was great that you could walk and pick a fruit. However, there are people who would come pick the whole tree for themselves and leave nothing for anyone else.
That's mere selfishness
Pat is a doll, I enjoyed her tour.
May Pat always be able to have her home and live quietly. The palm is beautiful. Torah yes.
This has been my fav vlog so far . I love her joy of her yard !
Enjoyed the fruit tree tour 🤩
Enjoyed watching her show her yard. She loves that loquat!
The energy of that lady is amazing! I hope we see more of her
What a nice lady!!! And beautiful house and yard! I wouldn't sell for nothin'
Very cool. She mentions being in driest area. Coral Gables up to Flagler had avocado orchards and lots of citrus, oranges, grapefruit, limes, lemons, guava. Mangos don't mind wet roots, while avocado needs higher dryer ground. Love these food forest shows.
This is sandy soil so it drains well, and there's a coastal ridge that starts in east Boca, then crosses I-95 and continues north through Palm Beach County, crossing back to the east side of 95 at Lake Worth and finally terminating just south of Stuart. Also, it rains a little less by the coast than it does inland during the rainy season.
Pandan is very popular in Asia. We use it a lot in cooking because it gives nice aroma aside from nice flavor.
Best channel ❤
She seems like a nice person
P. S. What a blessing to be able to walk out in your own backyard and gather the fruits of your label your harvest. Wish I could
Turpentine mangoes are AMAZING !!!!!!!!
other than the stringy( fibers)... they're top 5 quality ( sweetest) mangoes EVER !!!!!!
I have one in my backyard and it's amazing !!!!!
Nice fruit trees!
Pandan plant is used by the Vietnamese for flavoring foods like deserts or drinks like soy milk. Usually anything green that’s not supposed to gives it that hint of vanilla flavor as she mentioned. You should grow some Paul, it’s quite expensive and the bottled stuff they sell in the market is usually fake if they don’t sell the leaves.
Her yard similar to mine. I have solution for that raccoon but she probably won't want hear it 😂
Great vid! I am amazed at how many trees she has on a single lot! Enjoyed the tour! 👍
Another wonderful video... this lady really has Spirit and is so happy to grow her trees and plants and tell the world about all the things they are missing.
I had the same issue with raccoon but not no more 🙏
Very nice tour and I like her attitude
The racoons waited 13 years for the jaboticaba too 😂😂 and they were rewarded
Beautiful garden
Ofcourse the city would say no to fruit trees or flowering trees
Right. So sad. That's why I'm trying to plant 1 free fruit tree for every household in my area ! ❤ 🔥 Paul and some of his guest hav inspired us!
What a nice lady!! Cool trees. Something that I have always wanted to do!!❤❤❤
Now that i am allergic to frangces, I like to have the unscented gardenias. They have beautiful flowers.
If I were president, I would order to plant fruit tree everywhere on streets , parks for kids and adults to enjoy :)
I miss my little cottage so much I'm looking for a little place to move back by the Ocean 🌊 because it's so peaceful it's like God's right here and you can feel him ❤🙌
I am so jealous of this smart lady right now, this was how I grew up surrounded by fruit trees. I wish I can transform my backyard, not like yours but just a little bit. She is so passionate! Young lady send some here in Jersey. 👍🏽
This lady is awesome. You could’ve asked her a lot of questions but u seem uninterested in being there and rushing to leave🤷♀️
If I were her, I’d take the money buy bigger land, and move the trees! 😊
Yep. There's always a number worth it
@@GardenHood, we have to learn how to trust the universe! Sometimes God tries to give us bigger and better, but we’re too attached. 😊
Forget about moving the trees. On a half-acre lot she could plant 50 3-gallon trees, and by the second year some of them will start giving her fruit.
Between raccoons, iguanas, and squirrels, how the hell can we grow fruit??? Also, birds--they pecked at all the tomatoes I grew this winter!
I agree with this lady, money does not equal happiness. She is happy living a beautiful life, eating fruits that she can actually tell how they are grown.
Pendant leaves can be boiled with rice when you make pulav. It adds fragrance.
WISHING YOU LADY SUCESS IN THESE LOVELY PLANTATIONS FOR YOUR GENERATION ❤❤❤
Cool - my aunt lives there too
I’m looking for Pandan plant but can’t find them, I live in Arizona, I wish I can buy it from her & ship it for me.
I also use pandas as tea…with crushed leaves and deserts with crushed leaves boiled to give off it’s flavor
Pandan is used to give aroma on boiled rice and cooked sweets like beans, banana, etc.
I compost under my avocado tree does great no need to fertilize. The worms love it.tons of worms
The Brazilian guys doing tile work on that new construction project next door... "Sim, Definitivamente são guaxinins."
I did not know long on liked cold weather.
I don't blame her for not selling....
Wayback yesteryear 😂
Great yard❤
My Nam Dok Mai only gave a few fruits each year. Thinking about to top work into some other varieties.
Love the mango tree.
1 million would barely purchase a small home in Honolulu.
Banana needs well drying water with a lot of sun. Pls keep ur Banana where u can feed ur kitchen waters to it every day. It needs alot of water and sun. It keeps giving fruit without fail.
In the Philippines we use pandan in a lot of our desserts
Lots of Asian growing tropical fruits and vegetables if you go 🚶♂️ st Pete and Clearwater icon flea market ❤😊🎉
I don't blame her! I would do the same😊❤🌿.
Pandan leaves are used in Thai cooking . I put it in my hainanese chicken rice and soup
Pandan is screwpine leave used locally in savoury n sweet cooking in Asia
🙌
Oh my goodness does anyone know where you got that white Pakistan mulberry? I’ve been looking for one for sooo long..
Ebay has them
2001 when I visit Florida in July went back to Boston like 2 months after world 🌎 trade got hit 😢house 🏠 was cheaper for $50,000
Sugarcane likes full sun.
I think babanas r heavy feeders.
I think 8:24 should be made into a short, it'll possibly help many
❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
We had one loquat tree in my country that feed all the kids in the village. Every house had at least two or more trees but someone else tasted better 😂😂
Sell the house buy another and start a new food forest.
Does she know any fruit that can grow in jersey?
The only mulberry i see here r the wild kind. Fruit in the summer.
Great video paul, I can’t believe anything grows in that white sand quite incredible. So different to my soil in tropical nth qld Australia. I think she would have a hard time with ultra tropicals such as durian and mangosteen in that soil
Wise women better to grow your own fruit trees than buy them from the. Market also grow your own vegetables. Instead of encouraging them to build concrete jungles.❤
MICAH CHAPTER 1 VERSES 1-3
She seems very nice but she has crowded that yard to where she is shading out good production. And it drives me nuts when people do not know what variety they have.
This lady did not grow any of these plants except the pineapple, as you can see cannot even grow.
Whyte people never grow anything good in their yard except palm trees.
To her credit, I am surprised she did not cut all the fruit trees.
All these fruits came from the caribeans people.
Those early settlers she is talking about are melanated people.
I was thinking the same! I was American Indians!😊❤
