Have spoken to him as a local official retailer for metal detecting supplies. The conversation turned to fruit trees, growing plants, and chickens.

My Jabo has not bear fruit the last 2 years either but it just stated to flower. My tree is about 25 year old also and is about the same side. Same happened to my Lychee, has Lychees this year. Same with my Mango tree, 2 years ago if I got 20 mangoes it was a lot,, last year I had so much, it was crazy. This year is not as much but better than two years ago. My avocados flowered like crazy, after some windy days, one of the three lost all flowers and I’ve counted about 30 avocados between the other two. My Star Fruit gives more than enough all the time and also my banana trees. I live about 21/2 miles from Jupiter Farms in the middle of town. Also have Bermuda Cherry tree, Papaya, guava and pomegranate tree. I don’t have a lot of land .

I feel so bad that the neighbor killed the hawks, it sounds like the local government and neighbors have really been mean. Instead of a 100k fine it would have been nice if they had just asked to replant some trees in their place.
I would have a kill dozer incident if I got fined for cutting trees on my land. Starting the neighbor

Wow, fuck that person that snitched on that guy and cost him so much money. Government shouldn't be able to do that for land you own.
There’s a law that said: if you by land as residential you can’t be doing comercial because the quantity of taxes you are paying are base in residential not comercial. Now you see, if the comercial people are paying more, who tell you is fiar for those who pay more? Now this is another problem, if the make Frank ‘s zone comercial, nobody can build houses in there. It’s the law for ever!!

I was about to try and order some trees, til this old fart actually said, legally he could shoot some guy who stole 4 pieces of his fruit!! Why is it that serious???! Just goes to show, you cant judge a book by its cover!!! praying for sanity and peace in this crazy world!!!
Did he not say he doesn’t do that? just that legally he could which would deter any would be funny guys maybe watching this video. Florida unfortunately has a few funny guys that have the passion to steal other people’s produce so getting upset and insulting someone verbally is pretty insane if you ask me for someone just simply stating the law in his personal account of details in his area.
Sounds like you are one of those people that steal fruits from other people's properties or condone that behavior. You come on my property and you pay the price, simple as that. People like you make this horrible society the way it is.
Do you grow any produce or fruits? It's an enormous resource to grow that 4 pieces! It's a private property.
Even though it’s a private residence, he is having an illegal comercial, that zone it’s residential, not comercial the way he’s using it. The taxes he’s paying is for people who built their houses, in order for him to do comercial the zone has to be comercial and the entirely neighborhood has to pay as comercial taxes, they are astronomical expensive. Yes he probably would get in big trouble for shooting someone for a few pieces of fruits. He should know the law, his a veteran. So is my husband. That’s the reason so many people got close by the government, it’s a law. A lot of people bought a lot of land thinking, great, I can make my business and live almost independent, well thousands of people didn’t do their homework, they all getting in trouble. And that’s fair.
I'm sure you would be cool with people coming onto your property and stealing your fruit that you worked so hard to grow. Maybe you don't live in South Florida, but it's an everyday occurrence that a homeowner will find his fruit trees stripped at night or when he leaves his home for a few hours. Yes, it has become that serious!
