Thanks, John and Bobby for opening your wonderful fruit tree farm via UA-cam. John, this was a very enjoyable video for everyone aspiring to grow things. Bobby hits the nail on the head that the DOING, the BEING with our plant friends is the goal. The journey IS the goal. Eating the fruits is only the final reward; the mainstay reward is the actual practice of tuning into and helping the life manifest through plants.

Your videos have pushed my brother and I to buy and build our gardens. Together our properties have almost 30 fruit trees and probably 15-25 berries (blueberries, goji, blackberries, strawberries, boysenberry, grapes, currants, honeyberries etc, we also are installing an irrigation system for my brother and his garden. Probably a 1500 sq ft garden

That was a great interview John, thanks. Paul from Fruitful Trees has done videos with him before but I think yours is more interesting. I think if I could I would rather live in a tropical place where I could grow what I want without the challenge, I've been trying to get God(Jesus) to build me a tropical island so I can do that, so far he hasn't said anything about it, that might sound stupid or unrealistic but I have had the privilege of getting to see and visit with God all the way through my life beginning with before I was born, the last time I got to see him and visit with him one of the things he told me was that he wants everyone who belongs to him to have a good life, he also asked me to tell everyone that he is alive, he is real, and he loves all of them, that includes you and all of your friends, family, everyone you meet, and all of your viewers.

Hey, what kind of banana tree gives small fruits but produces fruits that have a very strong floral aroma? I tried some like this at work, but could not find the person who shared them so I could find out the cultivar.

Great video. I live in Clearwater Florida and have 1 remaining durian tree. Does this guy know where I can get fresh durian seeds that have not been irradiated or chemically treated? The seeds of fresh durian coming from Asia do not germinate or grow vigorously. Fresh seeds from big island Hawaii sprouted in 36 hrs and are vigorous growing. Mike from Florida

I found a mulberry tree on a trail that I run on (Tampa) - took a few cuttings but only one survived. That was about 3 years ago - now it’s already about 15’ tall. Seems to love this area which kind of surprised me. Big fat mulberry’s too - not many yet but the tree I took the cutting from was covered with them and it was totally neglected so I’m hoping for the same.

Wow and I thought I had a lot of plants, lol! But truth be told, if I had 5 acres like Bobby I'd be just like him 😄 I'm curious why the large greenhouse is so dark? I was surprised that it isn't brighter in there. And second question, what does he do with all the fruit he & his family do not eat? Compost? Or just leave it on the ground so nutrients go back into the soil? Thanks so much for a fantastic video and thanks to Bobby for allowing us a tour of his amazing property! Best wishes, Sheri 😊

Grow mulberries and everglade tomatoes which are both native to SE and fl respectively
Try to only grow native to your region trees, bushes, and vines.
You would be surprised how many berries, and fruits are native to the US.

The only way to avoid the soul sucking taxes of Florida is an agricultural exemption. If he doesn't have an agriculture bussiness license and a history of sales even if the tax assessor grants him an exemption it ccould be subject to legal challenges in the future. It is the history and paperwork of operating a agricultural business with he intent of profits that affords a farmer the protections granted by Florida's Right to Farm Act.
