To be clear: You don't need to have sex to sexually assault someone. That's NOT a requirement. No is no. And if someone's out cold, that's a no from the jump...in case anyone had any doubts...even if they're your partner. You can't touch someone sexually when they're out cold. Hell, even kissing him like she was, constitutes assault.

the thing that bothered me most about her ‘debunking jack wright’ video thingy, was her “why didn’t you report me immediately?” because there’s a lot of factors that SA victims go through these things such as some fearing that they wouldn’t be believed, some feared being hurt again, some were ashamed and some wondered if it was truly their fault that it happened. - sometimes, the age, gender or race comes into play, especially male survivors; they’re not usually believed so that’s why most kept to themselves.
anyways, that “why didn’t you report me?” point was weak

Plus some don't even realize that it's SA until many years after the fact. It took me 7 years to realize that
      A: there's a reason I can't remember much of my grade 7 year
B: it's because my male classmates bullied me bc being a clearly mentally ill and ND 12 year old girl made me an easy target
C: one of the ways they bullied me was through repeated SA, which I had written off as being gross as HELL but not SA (spoilers, it was SA). My brain was repressing the memories, which is why I can barely remember anything that happened at all that year

We should have left gender out of the conversation and talk about the importance of consent as a whole.
That's why you have some girls thinking "he's a man, I can initiate contact and he'll like it"

This story is just so heartbreaking. I can't even imagine being in Jack's shoes. Having to tell my own story in this way is so terrifying. The fact people keep calling it "crossing boundaries" is infuriating. A lot of people called him out for the cuts, it hurt my heart when I saw the cuts because to me it meant he had to collect himself or it was getting to be too much. I hope Jack is able to find some healing and peace. I hope she gets some help, if she doesn't I have a feeling she'll just leave a trail of people just like Jack in her wake.

Sad thing is, she probably won't lose enough followers to really make a dent in her bank account, so she'll continue to be a terrible person until serious consequences happen to her.
My question is about her intentions to be with him. Were they genuine feelings she had (though very obsessive and possessive) or did she wanna get with him because the shipping her fans did of them brought her the most views? If they'd made it official, her ratings would've probably skyrocketed. It might be a bit of both. I get a lot of "I didn't get what I wanted, so I'm pissed" vibes from her.

the kiss was nowhere near innocent, it wasn't just a brief peck to the lips or cheek. she did it with intent, with her own "needs" in mind (her needs, not his, he didn't consent to it) and i'm sure if jack's friend wasn't present, she would have gone farther. and technically, she did, seeing how she broke into his home numerous times and slipped her hand down to his you-know-what while he was, again, unconscious. i only feel pity for jack at this point and it's crazy how sienna keeps trying to defend herself even when the evidence is clearly against her.

I was SA'd by my then boyfriend on my 21st birthday when I was passed out. He was from a very affluent family and a part of a fraternity so to make any claims against him was beyond intimidating. It took me years to even wrap my head around what it was that happened even when it happened another time after followed by an attempt on a separate occasion. I am sure she thinks she did nothing wrong - they have kissed before and touched, maybe not in a sexual way, but they have been skin to skin. Just like my ex. But that doesn't mean that performing actions on someone - even if they have consented to those things before- when they cannot consent is not ok. It doesn't matter what age you are or what gender. This is exactly why the "me too"movement started. To give support to those who have been abused and are silenced by those with a great amount of power, money or influence. And for the lawyer to have the audacity to dismiss and diminish his claims because he did not file a report etc etc. is ridiculous. Not only is it blatant victim shaming/blaming but it's called the dark figure and even a freshman level criminology class will tell you that over half of SA and R go unreported for numerous reasons. And I feel for this young man. I was not believed that I was assaulted because I was told it wasn't " violent" or "typical R" and that it was by a boyfriend so I do "qualify" to be a "victim" or to be as upset as I am and just a bunch of other really crass things. I cannot even imagine for a young man to be SA'd because even the "typical victims," females, often have uphill battles to climb in order to be believed. Imo it's a dangerous mindset to believe you have control over someone and their body just because of past actions with them. I feel for Jack, he seemily was continuously disregard by someone he saw as a friend who seems to think little of the sexual harassment/assault she did to him. At risk of putting myself in some hot water, I'm going to express how absolutely infuriated the defense of "well there's no legal proceedings or investigations so obviously Sienna never did any of these things" makes me
If you fucking stub your toe home alone and no one sees it, you still stubbed your fucking toe.
Here's the part that may make my life a little difficult:
My last boyfriend (last both because he was the last person I dated and because I've since realized I'm a lesbian and won't ever date men again) SAd me. Multiple times. Over a period of at least a year.
There will never be legal proceedings, I have no proof but my own word. Hell, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't even be able to use my own testimony at this point because of how long I waited to tell anyone
But it still *happened.* He still assaulted me, even if he would argue we were consenting adults (note that these events were sometimes directly violent, sometimes the line of consent was too blurry to ever be called safe and healthy), but he still did those things to me and the fact I have these memories
The idea that anyone could ever think "well the police aren't involved so clearly nothing happened" is a good response to any of this makes me so genuinely ill because this shit is what kept me from telling anyone what was happening to me until I had already dumped the f***er and kicked him out of my house.

She couldn't talk her way around any of those questions well, she stammered over her words instead of speaking confidently, she was far too flippant sounding for the subject matter. There's a line you walk when defending someone against accusations (especially when, according to Sienna, this was misplaced from someone else assaulting him so he is a victim and you still need to be sensitive that he needs help) that you have to be respectful and well-spoken but firm in the denials. As someone with a restrictive ED, while I appreciate my fiance and parents reminding me to eat (I forget all the time) I would never wanna see it on a shirt like that in person, it seems harmless but I think what most people forget is how hard it is to actually get yourself to start eating again when youre used to not eating, in fact seeing reminders like that can actually make the problem worse and make people feel shamed for not having healthy eating habits
My ED (ARFID), while not tied to body image as a driving factor, is immensely psychologically damaging to me, I can do an entire day eating nothing but I've been eating like this since I was little, the problem only getting worse as I've gotten older and have more space to think about it, I constantly beat myself up over not consuming enough for my body to physically survive and it makes it hard for me to even look at or think about food most of the time, it makes me feel physically ill, even being in the kitchen can be too much
A shirt saying "did you eat today" is honestly insulting, like oh yeah sure, as if I hadn't thought about it all day and the mental turmoil and stress from the thought of consuming more than a handful of craisins makes me actively want to vomit
Thanks for the reminder that we arent normal Sienna
