For the past decade, Sneako has enjoyed expressing himself on UA-cam, sharing his thoughts and opinions on the world around him. That is until Andrew Tate came along and changed everything. Join me in documenting the downfall of Sneako, and the reputation he spent ten years building.

Yeah, it's pretty sad when you think of how he had this spark of self awareness in the past, and has now regressed to the point where he's practically a nazi, saying the absolute dumbest stuff he possibly could. I've never been a fan of Sneako whatsoever (for numerous reasons), but I can at least kinda get why people might have watched his content in the past, before he totally lost the plot.
Like, the guy has more recently argued against using seatbelts because "a little car accident never hurt no one", and "wearing a seatbelt is kinda gay". I was genuinely f**king flabbergasted when I heard him say these things. Bruh. Sea cucumber level IQ. Gets finessed by a coma patient tier IQ. That's genuinely one of the dumbest things I've ever heard someone voice publicly. How could anyone ever take anything he says seriously when he's out here saying it's a good thing for people to get sent like a missile straight out of their car window in an accident?

@@luckysevenow1872 he's obviously just trolling for views tho isn't he? i don't follow him and his case/mental state seems complex but... seeing how he was as a kid here, i doubt he actually believes these things now, except there's a mental illness thing going on which is totally possible, maybe from drug use, which wouldn't be surprising from a kid making crazy money and living this kind of life.

I don't usually like comparing real life stuff to fiction as it can sometimes undermine/cheapen the real impact that things can have but that's literally a supervillain origin story. It's just crazy that this kind of over-dramatized story that can be found in the likes of Darth Vader is something that at least one real human being has actually experienced.

    • @Fate263
      @Fate263 Місяць тому +5

I have a feeling it would take something dramatic to pull back Nico. He lost a battle to an alter ego who favored profit over ideals. What began as a fledgling growing his perspective devolved to a character that threw that away and buried it, instead going for profit via a toxic facade... I don't want to say it's too late... but I also don't want to give him a pass either. Here's hoping Nico comes back, because he has major damage control to do.

I don’t think andrew tate genuinely warped him. He was just grifting and doing it for the money. Not excusing him as a person or his content (to me that makes it worse since he decided to hop on the Tate-style philosophy for pure views), but you can tell there’s no conviction, passion & burning desire behind his words… he’s just playing it for the camera and it worked until he got banned.

@@skysiren4113 I think that perhaps the rise of this “man-o-sphere” culture where people say things that invoke trauma as you mentioned above is not necessarily a cautionary tale about how Sneako was morally corrupted by someone like Tate but I think it is more-so a testament to how gullible and tribal people can be. I don’t think Sneako genuinely believe 80% of the things he says and does for instance… I bet you off camera he may be a quieter and more soft spoken person, but clearly a lot of people in his audience do or they enable his on camera behaviour. It leads to him doing downright heinous stuff on camera like with the chadchad remarks. But from his perspective it makes him money. He doesn’t care if his previous reputation as a well-informed, easy going and open minded person who just wants to talk to people will go down the drain if he can make his money and leave. Neither do I think he has mental health issues and/or insecurity issues, I just think he knows he’s getting cash from people who egg his behaviour on.
Tldr: I don’t think Tate *morally* corrupted sneako but this type of culture is rewarded financially on the internet. Sneako isnt the first and will not be the last dude to grift to an audience of kids.

It hurts for me because I used to watch his old videos way before even the one minute podcasts. He was such a mature and articulate person, and even made a video or two about how his use of LSD showed him to let go of anxiety and broadened his perspectives on life. Him being mixed race and having ADHD like myself really made me feel more confident in what I could do and who I could become. I even got interviewed by him in 2019 and it felt so great to just be honest and be around somebody so confident. While I didn't agree with everything he said even back then, he was still someone I looked up to. However, seeing him spiral down the insanely dark path has just been painful to watch. In the back of my head, I keep hoping that its all a big joke or experiment to expose some big secret about social media or something but at this point its too late for him to be redeemed (At least in my eyes). Now that his original channel was taken down, I can't even find reasons why I looked up to him in the first place and it feels like I have lost an older brother,. He was always spitting fax and recently he just came in more open-minded way which youtube has not enjoyed. The real villain is not him, it is the social media. UA-cam, TikTok, Twitter and etc. All of them are teamed up versus guys that try waking up people from the matrix.

Hell, his younger self warns himself to not go down this route at the end of J Aubrey's video. For someone who had this much awareness as a teen, it's a shame he didn't listen to himself and let the attention and fame coddle his obvious struggle with insecurities. The only "real" villain in this situation is Sneako's giant L against his insecurities and lack of self-confidence. That's what a lot of these weird dudes like him and Tate all share. Trying to find someone or something else to blame for why events in their lives happened and exploit it as a coping mechanism. Can't blame any of that on social media (if anything, I believe social media just heightens or intensifies things since unfiltered exposure is easily accessible).
Also, let's leave the "Matrix" rhetoric with the Wachowski siblings lmaooo. I'm tired of people online using terms and concepts incorrectly, especially concepts from fictional works. Sneako and these other idiots that spew the same talking points are not only sharing opinions just like the very people they call themselves clowning, but most of the time, their opinions have no actual data or reputable source backing them up. I was a huge sneako fan around his 200k mark. Like you said, it was his cinematic editing and his narration on society that led me to stay. Early on he touched on topics that really interested me. Like depression, ADHD, why do people want to be happy, etc etc. And he made bold claims that made you think about them. Some of which being true. I finally unfollowed him right after the one minute podcast hype. After that it pained me to see him go too far with some things and fall into ego

I think the 1 minute podcast really begun to show the cracks in his appearance as a deep thinker. Because even though it wasn't fully unedited like the later streams, you could see how he interacted with people, especially those with crazy views and how little he'd contest them sometimes.
And some of the topics he'd choose to talk about were obviously not fit for the format he was tackling them in, or the titles themselves were trying to be too brazen when the content itself should be interesting enough to find/keep viewers.

While before he acknowledged that he had these deep feelings, ideals and beliefs that he knew were non-definitive but were his and based off his experiences now it’s like his ego has allowed him to think his opinions are the only truths which just is false.

He was the only UA-camr I looked forward to his next new video. However, as the time goes by watching him long enough I realised there's something fundamentally wrong about SNEKAO's mental health. There was something I couldn't put a finger on yet I knew how fucked up his situation is.
Watching him was rollercoaster of hate and admiration at the same time.
The topics he was talking about really interesting yet the way he expresses his opinions was really fucking bad.

There are still situations that still make me anxious; such as the drive to a big tournament I have, or when I'm about to talk in front of a ton of people, there is still anxiety. It's not gnawing, it's natural and I'm still learning more about that. The reason I said "Why don't you just beat your anxiety?" is because that's what someone said to me 2 years ago. I have a hard time believing Sneako isn't grifting, which I think makes what he's doing worse. I don't think he actually believes a lot of what he's currently saying, but it's easy, free views. At least ignorant people genuinely don't know better. He does.
To add onto this, he used to make introspective videos with intelligent guests who would tell him when he was wrong, and he would usually accept when he was wrong. It was easy for me to notice his slope downwards. Although there is also the chance I'm wrong, and he just actually changed his principles over time.

From what I understand his looks get the type of girls that he is obviously into through the door, but the quality of sex and money is what keeps them there. They eventually leave and make fun of him whenever they find a guy that has both money and bed skills by using his status and that is probably why he's so bitter because he's not having the sexual fulfillment he wants like men who are less fortunatethan him do... or in the official Merriam-Webster definition, he's just an actual incel:
