- This resistance band workout focuses on your chest and arms to get them toned, strong and firm.
This workout will challenge you, with lots of variety and creative moves to push you and strengthen those specific areas.

I believe it is important to be strong everywhere, not just the lower body. Many people neglect the chest, when it is crucial for maintaining all round strength and means those push ups will get much much easier!
This video is only one of a series of videos where I show you how to use resistance bands to strengthen every part of your body.
Many people buy resistance bands and do not know how to use them fully, so I put this video together to help get the most out of your band workout!
Warm up first and change bands throughout where necessary to make sure you are always challenging yourself.
Each exercise is two sets with 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.
Below is a list of all of the exercises that I use throughout this video.
1. Crawl out to push-up
2. Bicep Curl
3. Lateral Bear Crawl
4. Plank push-up with banded arms
5. Chest Press
6. Tricep Extension

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
I am gently getting back into workouts that aren’t just walking and hiking. These are perfect. Thank you.
