Hi Zanna, I just watched this video as I'm finding I am really liking resistance bands. I can see they would fit in a suitcase so easily. I have saved this and it will be my upper body band workout for this coming Thursday. Tomorrow is lower body using bands. I am going to take a good look at your other videos. this was great!!! It was fun and challenging!! I think it's great that you record work outs in your bedroom as opposed to a dedicated gym-ish area because you are sending a great message that you don't have to go to a gym, or have a room to workout in and that you can get a great workout in your bedroom or any small space available. I think too many folks get caught up in the "I don't have room" or "I don't want to go to/can't afford a gym membership". . .soooo bravo on that!!

That was perfect! I have injured my thumb and can't do anything with weights basically, or pushups or Dips etc 😕. But I could do all these band exercises 😍💪! I did this yesterday and today I did your 20 minute intense legs after some cardio and I'm sure I'll be sore allover tomorrow 😍🎉!

Exactly what I needed on my day off
My first mini band workout, brilliant (did straight after weights!) I have injured my knee so I am concentrating on upper body. Also I need to travel in a fortnight and the bands are so portable. Ii'll look see what other band workouts you have. Its refreshing to hear an English accent for a change! My American and Aussie trainers are great too, its just a nice change. (I'm English and I like the references to weather and what's going on outside! Thanks Zanna, see you soon x

Band twinsies! I loved this one, felt the burn for real and felt like I worked my muscles in ways I don't always do with weights. I did have some initial trouble adjusting to the positions where you hold your band with one hand to the shoulder but that's just my T-Rex arms problems :p

Loved everything about this workout! Form the creativity, to the setup, down to the real ness of the instructor. You can tell she’s feeling the workout just as much as her audience and it’s so motivating. A lot of these UA-camrs are so focused on the flashiness and the glam of the workout industry now. This girl is legit! New subscriber 💕
THIS! So much, was thinking this yesterday when I did an aerobic workout. Either the instructor or participants in the back think they have to smile throughout the video and it ends up looking creepy, unreal and kills motivation for me watching.
