I am just starting out with resistance bands and I love working with them ! I am 55 and starting to get back in shape :} I weigh 134 right now and looking to strengthen my back and hips and now I have some one to follow Thank you ;}
This has got to be one of the workouts that I try my hardest to push myself with, I tried this workout the first time with a light or medium resistance band felt that it wasn't enough for me so tried with the heavy resistance band and needless to say I am feeling it. I just subscribed! I've been recovering from covid for a long time and one of the things I really miss are my intense high cardio workouts I used to do. Doc said resistance bands are a good place to start bc it won't put too much pressure on my heart or breathing. I couldn't make it to the end of the video today and had to stop several times to modify, but my first goal is to make it halfway through without modifications and then make it to 13 minutes. I used to cycle 15 miles in 45 minutes as a warm up, and now getting to 13 minutes seems like a big goal, but it's all baby steps and one day at a time, one goal at a time. I can't wait to dive into more of your videos and workouts! :)

Good work out routine thank you 💪 I mainly use resistance bands for arm exercises so good to have some ab exercises etc . Resistance band exercises are harder work than weight lifting my dumbells to be honest 🤣

Hey Katrina! I am using mini bands yes - they were off Amazon I can’t even remember the brand I believe it was gsm or gfm fitness! I would go for fabric ones instead if you can to stop them rolling as mine do roll a bit which is quite annoying!
