have been inputting this on my workout routine for 2 weeks now. i didn’t expect results in just 2 weeks because i didn’t do it everyday (only when it’s upperbody day) but damn now my armpit is much more firmer, like the fat is more evenly distributed?? idk how to describe it but it makes the appearance of my armpits less fat 😂 so thankyou!
This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Thank you for your mini band exercise video! The exercises are so doable and simple to do but they are very EFFECTIVE! I can feel my arms burn while I used my medium strength resistance band! I will continue to do this exercise routine every day!

Is there a Playlist for resistance loop band exercises for helping tone more "loose skin" areas such as the inner thighs, back/bra area, chest and tummy? I used to be over 200 lbs more than once in my life, and losing weight after that first time, I got some sagging and "flab". I just have not worked out in a long time, especially after a few negative events this summer. I'm slowly getting back into exercise and I'm about to leave the country for a few weeks and I want to take my resistance loop set with me
Have been doing this fr nearly two month, 2 days in a row with 1 day rest. My arms were already not that fat before starting, but I can definitely see quite some muscle on my arms now. Definitely looks more toned, so this works! But I also have a question, is it ok to keep doing this workout? Will my arms adapt to it and it wont be as effective anymore?
Your arms will definitely adapt. It's similar to weight training. If you don't feel challenged by the end of one workout, or it starts feeling easy, you probably just need to up the resistance. So if you were working with XX-light resistance, up it to an X-light, or light resistance, for example.
Is it just me that i find arm workouts harder than leg workouts? Im trying again. This is my day 1. Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ this was the hardest day. My light band snapped so i can do use medium and i almost gave up. Skipped 3 days. So day 4?✅️ Skipped a day Day 5 ✅️ Day 6 ✅️ I'll check in tomorrow

As a beginner, doing this with a heavy band is a mistake. I can’t feel my arms in the middle of the video help lol
Always stretch before and after the workout. You also don’t have to do the three sets
