    Sir sabi Doctor ka kahna hai ki khali pet pani pina achha hota qki jo hamare mouth me enzyme hote hai vo hanhare pachna ko badate hai. Sir muhje ye janna agar ham brash karne ke baad pani pite hai to brash ke dauran to sara enzyme mouth se nikal jata hai. Sir pani brash ke pahle lena achha hoga ya brash ke baad. So please suggest me sir

      Meri to 100 bar Pani pine se bhi toilet nhi hota bachpan se he 😢😢 6,7 din m 1 bar jati hu toilet , weight nhi badd rhe hai meri 24 saal hochuke hu abhi bhi 47 kg meri 😢😭😭

    OK doctor, I want to see proof and studies that prove a balanced diet is necessary and healthy. Don't tell me there are none, because if the science about balanced diets is not there, and you are telling us that a balanced diet is good for us, you may be guilty of malpractice...lets see the studies please...

    Sir jo aapne bataya usko rooz to follow nahi kr skte,
    Thoda details mein video banaiye beshak 1 hour ki ho jaye, tanki puri details mil sake.
    Jaise kis cheez mein kitna calories hai, or hume kitna lena chahiye, shugar, protein etc and jaise vegetables k variety kya kya le skte hai, morning mein, kya kya le skte hai, in details
    Aapne apple k bare mein kuch nai kaha.
    Hope you understand, ki mein kya kehna cha raha hu.

    Mujay sir cold ho jata hai, jab margi, sari ho garmi ho mujay cold ho jata hai. To mujay banana shake bahut pasand hai, but thode time se mujay aise lagta hai ki jab b mein banana shake pita hu ya banana khata hu, to mujah cough ho jati hai. Kya banana khana choard du. Or jab cough hoti hai to jukam b lag jata hai. To mujay kya khana chahiye.. Jisse cough na bane or jukam na ho.

    फल ज्यादा , सलाद खाना ,MAIDA बेसन नहीं खाना , चाय 2 टाइम , बेकरी आइटम से दूर रहो , पनीर 2 पीस , अपने खानेमें दाल शामिल ETC...
