Initially it took control but after 2nd pregnancy n delivery....now ayurvedic medicines r not working at me. My ayurvedic doctor asks me to change the life style gradually. But m unable to do so bcoz m a working women n have two little kids. Watching this video motivated me at some level. I want to try this life style. Hello subah..the knowledge you are sharing is awesome and i totally believe in you and this deit plan..but the issue is that the students or bachelors who are living far from home..have no other option but to eat packed foods due to lack of time..as for myself my office timings are 9am to 8 pm..in that case i have to eat packed foods due to lack of time..so what should people like me do? Another question is that for gaining weight and muscles with a short physical activity of 1-2 hours..what should be the deit plan..as for body building milk products and non vegetarian is essential so is there any alternative for that? Or we can take this if we have no health issues? Please help me with these questions..

It really helped me. Story begins from 2014(75 kg, 5feet 4 inches). I was very much worried about my health. I started physical activities and little cut on food... this helped to come to 64-67 kg. But I wanted more decrease in weight. One day in 2020 lockdown, around July 2020, I saw this video. I cut dairy products (not fully but yes far less than earlier) and meat(fully)... replaced with live foods. Timing of taking meals made scientific/natural. Today I am 57-58 kg and far more satisfied with the change. Thanks for this video.

Loved this video subah. N loved u as well. I have thyroid n m taking ayurvedic medicines since 4 yrs. Initially it took control but after 2nd pregnancy n delivery....now ayurvedic medicines r not working at me. My ayurvedic doctor asks me to change the life style gradually. But m unable to do so bcoz m a working women n have two little kids.
Watching this video motivated me at some level. I want to try this life style. May be a little later if not now.....when kids grow up a little.

Hello subah..the knowledge you are sharing is awesome and i totally believe in you and this deit plan..but the issue is that the students or bachelors who are living far from home..have no other option but to eat packed foods due to lack of time..as for myself my office timings are 9am to 8 pm..in that case i have to eat packed foods due to lack of time..so what should people like me do?
Another question is that for gaining weight and muscles with a short physical activity of 1-2 hours..what should be the deit plan..as for body building milk products and non vegetarian is essential so is there any alternative for that? Or we can take this if we have no health issues? Please help me with these questions..

It really helped me. Story begins from 2014(75 kg, 5feet 4 inches). I was very much worried about my health. I started physical activities and little cut on food... this helped to come to 64-67 kg. But I wanted more decrease in weight. One day in 2020 lockdown, around July 2020, I saw this video. I cut dairy products (not fully but yes far less than earlier) and meat(fully)... replaced with live foods. Timing of taking meals made scientific/natural.
Today I am 57-58 kg and far more satisfied with the change.

They contain pesticides and chemicals present on the surface and inside them.....so for removing them....soak them in water for about 15 - 20 minutes after adding 1 tablespoon of baking soda into it....it will remove all the pesticides and chemicals present on the surface of the fruits and vegetables but chemicals that are present inside cannot be removed.
She looks beautiful without makeup and and her skin looks flawless and this is very important for upcoming generations we are going far from our nature but satvic movement brings idea of getting close to our nature again❤❤❤

i knew about this diet earlier bcoz i had food sensitivities . I was suffering from depression , anxiety and other mental issues after 1 weeks of satvik diet 80% of all my health issues are gone . Can't wait to feel healthy and happy again .
