Without proper diet and nutrition, it’s almost impossible to achieve your goal. I tried to put together all the steps to find out your calories need as per your goal and how you can track those to achieve your goal so please watch this video till end. Here are the high-level steps.
Step 1 - Find out Resting Calories (BMR)
BMR Calculator : (www.calculator.net/calorie-ca...)
Step 2 - Find out Maintenance Calories (TDEE)
Step 3 - Set your Target Calories
Step 4 - Divide your Target Calories into Macros
Step 5 - Track your calories using any food tracking app. (MyFitnessPal)
If you don’t see any difference after following your target calories then it means that’s your maintenance calories and adjust your target calories accordingly.
