Very informative interview...... honestly speaking, i have been hearing all these things that doctor is advising for proper digestion as hadith (the saying of our prophet Muhammad peace be upon him). If you read the hadith of our, prophet Muhammad (pbuh), he strongly advised not to take water in a standing position. Avoiding talking while eating is something that i have been hearing since my childhood as being one of the important hadiths of prophet muhammad . Eating food slowly or chewing it properly before we swallow it is another part of the advisory that prophet have given us. From hadith We also come to know that prophet strongly prohibited eating late in the night.. in fact prophet has advised to finish eating soon after sunset..
1)Water sip by sip on sitting mode. Tea has caffeine, so avoid Take water in the morning Can include lemon juice. 2) Take salad which includes cucumber, tomato, beetroot, carrot. These are High fibre food acting as a cleanser in the body. Fill half of your stomach with fruits vegetables sprouts. Rotis tend to increase blood sugar. Eat by chewing slowly slowly sitting, this way we get proteins and minerals. Ensure its 100gm Eat happily and peacefully by giving half an hour. Solid food must be chewed and bought into liquid form. Never talk while having food As air might go while having as it causes indigestion.

then fruits
then daliya you can
can add also curd
