I made the same wiring harness but original speed controller doesnt have wires coming out the adapters are hard wired into the controller . When hooking up my new motor controller I could not find the jello wire. I have the feeling that the motor is blocked because it doesn't know which pole to go to because they both go at the same time (that's what I think). First thing first you dont need to put any chinese control kit you can easy flash the max controller and dashboard and make it original system work but if you decide to use chinese controller you need to bypass the bms to avoid power cut off

I found mine on eBay and it works but I struggle to get the front light working because the German is different from the other ones. Did you manage to get your front light working?
@@momenali3147 yes. Supply voltage to both contacts and GND to the negative. The German front light has 3 contacts. One is for switching the light on and off.
@@momenali3147 I mean, the biggest difference is, the motor is on the rear. Tighten the motorised wheel! Mine got loose after climbing a hill. The motor has a good amount of torque. Lights are 36v front and rear. No need for the step down converter.

Yo bro you gotta look for these two green wires that are connected ,make sure to disconnect them so then you turn on scooter and throttle up like normal. As it goes backwards then you can release throttle and reconnect them and try it it should run forward now. While still holding throttle turn it off then you can put bottom back on and next you turn on it should run the correct direction.

i think the only way is by talk to customer service. they dont post the parts list for those bird because the theft of rental scooters the only way to buy parts is by phone or by email and you need a clean serial number
@@dominik2824 Instead of switching the motor cable, use the learning feature on the controller to train the motor to spin the right direction. Connect two greens cables together on your controller.
Self learn is activated by connecting the two green wires on the controller with the power off. Then turn on the power from the LCD panel and the front wheel will move slowly as it detects the phase of the motor. If it turns the wrong way, disconnect and reconnect the green wire with the power on - the wheel will turn the other way. Once it's turning the right way, dont touch anything and let it run for 10 seconds or so, then then turn off the power via the LCD. I got this off a forum.

If they go reverse is normal you just do a relearn procedure and they rotate forward

What you really need is a transmission shafts to go up hills without burning the motor or controller
What about the brown and white wire that come down with the LCD display where does that clip go to what's that for
thats for the lights but you need a voltage stepdown from 36v to 5v because those wire have 36v

@@oscarmeza9283 if you have issues with brake and throttle you may have the wires connected opposite brake with throttle and throttle with brake
I love the part were you use a mallet to delicately remove the bushing from the wiring harness. That is the same kinda shit I do whenever something that should be easy is giving me hell. Blam!! take that you piece of shit bushing!! lol.
