- first of all, I am not encouraging you to steal bird scooters...
but if you do come across one heres some instructions on
how to convert it.
I also flashed the scooter to a custom rom that would increase the speed and have much more acceleration (uses more power). Link below on the module used from amazon.

just got one of those new bird Two...easy enough to take apart...but you need a torx security bits....very nice quality battery pack based on LG mj1....
No you actually don't need the torque security bit you take a flat head screwdriver and a hammer and you tap a few times on the little circle in the middle and they snap off really easy the you can just use a Philips are an Allen wrench or a flat head screwdriver that fits tight in there in a slot and you may have to tap it in with the hammer or if there's enough head on the bolt a pair of vise grips clamped down on it

The GPS wiring should be on that circuit board at the bottom once that's removed its yours as the company can't trace it

No.. it didn't work with my card. Plus I ended up flashing the ROM to a custom one... Way faster!
hey i got a voi scooter from my cousin that was abonded & the scooter is built like a ninebot esx and it has a external battery what happens if i remove the battery and put it into my real ninebot es2 will it work?

You can buy them directly from bird but you still have to connect with bird via the app just to use your own scooter that you purchased directly from them.

You can convert a BirdOne for less than the cost of many children's kick scooters.
Bird is also having financial issues, so it wouldn't be a shock if their network goes away in the next few years. Even if the bourgeois "just buy a new one" crowd doesn't want them, there are tons of low income people who'd love this as transportation to get to work over walking.

Yes, you are doing something wrong dude. It's called accessory after the fact duh! seems like a whole lotta work when it's just easier to get a J. O. B. and pay to ride! I like gettin' over as much as anybody but being criminal just because you can seems flawed in the longrun! and law enforcement would rather catch these crimes than bank robbers! because THEY can too! and if the value of the scooter reaches a certain point it escalates from accessory to theft to accessory to GRAND theft! I'd rather just pay to ride than get my 3 hots and a cot for free! I'm not a cop, just a dad that wants his sons to respect peoples property! and yes I too am making it R-E-A-L (easy to understand)! crime don't pay baby, everybody gets caught eventually!
