i here some people that use it but the battery will shut down because they only handle like 600 watts if you use more than that battery bms need to be bypass
What about the tail light? It has 3 wires, red, white and black. The LCD cable has a separate connector with only 2; white and brown. Thanks! Have everything ready to go just want to connect the tail light. Thanks for posting!

Sup man so I have a Segway max that purchased at auction. Ordered new control throttle and break installed everything. The LCD comes on but scooter want move. Anything u can tell me to get it wprking

En segundo lugar te cuento mi problema: - He montado el sistema y cuando he ido a probar no encendía, he empezado a comprobar con el polimetro y resulta que la bateria marca 180v de salida, esto es normal?? Luego he probado con una fuente al aparato para descartar qie estuviese mal y enciende, asi que es tema bateria. Lo malo es que no tengo un cargador aun, y comprarlo si la batería esta mal... pues no me compensa. Gracias de antemano.
probablemente tu bateria tiene solo 18 voltios lo que es muy malo es muy bajo esas baterias no deberian bajar de 30v para que duren mucho tiempo pero yo e visto baterias con ese problema y con solo dejarlas cargando se arreglan aveses cargan en un dia aveses toma 2 0 3 dias pero la unica manera de saberlo es teniendo un cargador y probando
@@samzone8920 si me dices como, te envio un video para que veas que son 180v. Incluso cargada marcaba 200v en corriente continua. El modelo es: hy-rdf-s1004um-mh1 Tiene una pegatina que dice: OTA with Anti-theft, podria ser ese el problema??? Tendría que hacer el bypass a la bateria??
to fix the backward issue you need to use the self learning feature to do this you need to connect the two green wires that say intelligent identification in the controller diagram after that turn on the scooter the motor will automatic spin let them do that for a like 10 second then disconnect the green wires and then turn off the scooter wait 5 second and then turn on the scooter and you are ready
Self learn is activated by connecting the two green wires on the controller with the power off. Then turn on the power from the LCD panel and the front wheel will move slowly as it detects the phase of the motor. If it turns the wrong way, disconnect and reconnect the green wire with the power on - the wheel will turn the other way. Once it's turning the right way, dont touch anything and let it run for 10 seconds or so, then then turn off the power via the LCD. I got this off a forum. It fixes my issue.
Aue Sam. Im in PHX and having big issues removing the wires so i can take the stem, forks etc to get welded. Stem broke off at neck.

watch the video closely i show there how to connect that and by the way you need a dc stepdown converter if not you will burn the light

make sure you set the full speed setting to full
How did you get the control wire through the scooter? Did you cut it?
through inside the neck use a piece of wire and remove the black connector from the end of the lcd wire

You only do the bypass if you lose power after few seconds of driving
