    The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..     1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
    2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)

    I started to take meds for bipolar disorder, and both have the consequence of gaining weight but thanks to your workouts + eating healthy in a calorie deficit, fasting and affirmations, I lose weight!!!

    on a normal workout day I'd do more than one video of this length, but I have to say doing just one of Shyrlin's short workouts is nice for days when I'm feeling extra tired and sore and I still want to get a workout done

    Doing it for 2 weeks or more ans eating 1000-12000 calories (pls remind me)
    Starting weight: 58.5
    Waist: 69 cm
    Day 1: ✅️ I don't know why but my belly is flatter
    Day 2: ✅️ did it in the morning bad idea... don't have any changes
    Day 3: ✅️ I was motivated today bc I binged yesterday (sorry bc the weight will increase) so I am so bloated
    Day 4: ✅️ today was easy and i can already see in my waist the )( a little bitt
    Day 5: ✅️ my mom enter my room when I was doing it so embarrassing... but anyways I did it

    Hi Shirlyn, I want to tell you that I love your weekly exercises very much, and I do these challenges, but I noticed that all your weekly exercises are easy and for beginners, we need to move the challenges to higher levels in the next challenges if possible, I would like to continue your Pilates style to reach the body that I want it and this needs me to develop in the level of exercises, for advanced exercises ,I hope you read my comment

    doing this workout as part of shirlyns full body standing workout on her website (14 days one).
    im trying to eat healthier and i also try to cover 3000 steps daily (i know its not much)
    weight 83 kg
    height 166 cm
    day 1 ✅ i did all 3 workouts according to the plan. tiring but refreshing
    day 2 ✅ i did all 3 workouts according the plan. sweat is dripping off my bodyyy goooood. im happy with myself todayy.
    day 3✅ I skipped 2 days and did the day 3 workout. kinda tiring and took breaks but complete. also my weight is now 82.05. also did 4000+ steps today.
    day 4✅ did the exercise along with day 5 workoit because 2 workouta didnt feel enough lol. btw im 81.6 kg now. and i also took a day break but did 6000+ steps that day.
    day 6 ✅ did the workout and covered around 4k steps
    day 7 ✅ did 2 workouts only with no steps 😭 will cover the third one tomorrow 💪💪
    also I'm 81.8 even after following a diet and doing workouts. maybe i lost water weight and gained it back now 🤷‍♀️ I'm losing motivation 😭😭
    day 8 ✅ did all three workouts. plus 8000 steps.
    day 9 ✅ did only 2 workouts. but walked 10k steps so there's that.
    day 10 ✅ completed the workout. was extremely tiring fsr. didn't walk any steps today. im 80.35 kg now.
    day 11 ✅ did all workouts + yesterday's one workout. walked 4k steps
    day 12 ✅ did the workouts along with 8k steps
    day 13 ✅ did the workouts. but no steps. also gained 1 kg, cuz I ate a lot yesterday lol.
    day 14 ✅ finally completed all the workouts. im 80.3 kg at last.
    lost around 3 kg in two weeks so it's a pretty effective workout. definitely recommended for people who want to start working out.
    like to remind ❤️ and unlike others who seems to stop working out in middle I promise I'll update y'all ❤️❤️

    I literally love all your workouts, they're so fun and your smile is so comforting^^ i have been doing your workouts + some others for 2 moths but i don't think I'll ever loose any weight...i have an eating disorder and depression and i usually eat once a day so my body stores everything i eat as fat...

    This exercise is really good heres my progress
    Day 1
    No difference
    Day 2
    I can see my belly forming into like a hour glass shape bearly
    Day 3
    Same as day 2
    Day 4
    I can see my body turning into hourglass really quickly wow
    Day 5
    Im really happy with the results rn
    I will be doing these daily mornings 2-3 times a day
    I recommend these for upper 7-16 i dont know tho its not as painfull and it forms really fast like what?? Its incredible dont give up you will make it to the end KEEP GOINGG❤❤

    Started this workout:
    1. did it all, wasn’t that hard but i was slow in some of them
    2. was more harder today, idk why but did not get sore
    3. my legs were hurting even more, was a little hard to jump
    4. missed today
    5. did it but skipped parts of exercises because i was tired (not because of exercising)
    6. did it today, still was tired
    7. did it but nowadays i’m eating a lot from outside or just something sweet in general so there wasn’t much of a difference
    8. did it today, i keep on eating whatever i want
    9. did it, sometimes it’s hard but sometimes it’s easy. Today it was hard but not as hard as when i started
    10. did it, was hard today since i went to joyland.
    11. did it, was a little hard because i had to go somewhere
    I think i’m going to start another workout because i can’t see any results with this one

      It takes 2 months to see results in every workout(or not really depends on your body but it mostly does) and have a good diet. Plus if you’re only doing this workout its going to take a long time

    Im gonna try this + other workouts for the next 2 months maybe and i will update each day
    Also i walk 10k+ steps a day and i dont skip any day
    Start weight: 65
    Goal weight : 49-50
    Day 1 complete✅ Not hard at all and im sweating a little
    Day 2 complete ✅ Easyyy and i feel nice about myself after
    Day 3 complete ✅ idk i dont see any change and im also doing a calorie deficit of 1300 cals a day

    I will start this playlist tomorrow since I already did a different workout today. I WILL UPDATE SO REMIND ME GUYS start: weight: 60kg height: 168cm
    Day1 ✅: It was a bit difficult but I managed to make it through all 3 workouts. I was sweating a lot but feel very energized now. also drank a lot of water during and after this workout :))
    Day 2✅: this workout was really hard but I finished all 3 again and took less breaks inbetween :). Also keep drinking water!!
    Day 3✅: this day was a LOT easier than the last 2. i didn‘t take breaks between the vids and keep drinking water!!
    Day 4✅: I skipped the 4th workout since it was more stretching so I just jumped straight to the 5th. It was pretty hard but I managed to make it through it. i drank some water between the breaks and also had to take a 5 min break after the first 2 videos

    I Will be doing this for a while, i really want to lose weight I will update every day!
    Day 1: i did it 1 time it was wasn't really hard but it aldo wasn't really easy
    Day 2: I did it 1 time,today I was really tired and was hard
    Day 3: did it 1 time it was easy today!( My mom told me that she's starting to see me lose weight, tomorrow i will weight myself
    Day 4: I didn't do it I had to go out,and I also didn't weight
    Day 5: I did it today was easy!
    Day 6: sadly didn't do it but walked a lot
    Day 7: same as day 6

    Day:1 ✅ No changes since its the first day
    Day:2 ✅ Stomach seems a bit flatter burned more
    Day:3 ✅ Stomach is starting to form into an hour glass figure
    Day:4 ✅ I see a small definition of the hourglass figure on the sides of my stomach
    Day:5 ✅ I see more of a definition on the sides of my stomach this is definitely working!
    Day:6 ✅ Lower sides of stomach seem smaller! This is working
    Day:7 ✅ when I put my hands on my stomach it feels slim so I'm close to having an hour glass figure!
    Day:8 ✅ This workout is easier for me to do now! My stomach is way slimmer than the first day I tried this
    Day:9 ✅ Stomach is the same as yesterday but I've seen lots of changes
    Day: 10 ✅ I have an hour glass figure! This really works I encourage you guys to try this!

    This looks easy and fun I’m gonna try it, I am 146.5 Ibs! And my goal is to reach 110 - 115 Ibs. I will be doing this exercise for 30 days💗

    I didn’t do this workout with a diet so yeah that’s why imma do their work out for one month and then I’m gonna do one other month but imma do Chloe ting so yeah because I wanna do both and I wanna do a comparison like which workouts are the best ones I should do

      I’ve been seeing that it takes about 2-3 weeks to take the hourglass effect but it depends on how much you do the workouts I hope this helps and don’t push your self to hard!👍🏽

    doing this for 4-7 days!
    day 1: no difference, but that’s expected because it’s just the first day
    day 2: barley a difference but it’s okay cus i just started
    day 3: nothing much still
    i’m gonna be switching work outs because i don’t think this is much of a difference

    Gonna do this workout for 2 weeks
    Day1:✔️ kinda hard but okay
    Day2:✔️ its 10× more easier and i love it and i look a tiny bit less bigger
    Day3: i forgot do update it but yeah its super easy
    Day4: same with day 3 but im not as bloated anymore.
    Day5:Super easy and i love it
    Day5:✔️ I really love this and i lost 1 pound by doing this workout but i did it 5-7 times a day.
    Day6:✔️ when i say im sweating alot i mean it.I would recommend this workout for many ppl cause its so good and short
    Day7: ✔️ Im slowly loss alot of weight and im was sweating when i did this cause im warm dressed and of the workout.

    Day 1: complete! I am sweating but it was very easy! My legs don't hurt as much but I definitely feel something!

    Day 1:I did it but struggled with the side jump and crops knee thing
    Day 2:I went to the gym but I still decided to this workout I still struggled with the jump thing.
    Day 3:Done but still struggled a bit.
    day 4: I didnt do it i wasnt feeling to good.
    Day 5: I did it.
    Missed a couple of days but I am back to doing it😈I did lose 3 pounds but I probably gained them after having to many events😔
    Day 6: I did it
    update:I lost weight but then i gained it back by overeating😅so i am try to not overeat😅

    Day 1!!:✅ That was fun!! Pretty easy and I did sweat a bit, but it was fun!
    Day 2!!:✅Fun!! Didn’t rlly sweat much this time! Kinda calming in a way??:)
    Day 3!!:✅Woww!!! Tough but felt good! Its been super hot today so I was SWEATINGGG lmao
    Day 4!!:✅Done!! I was sweatinggg again bc of the heat lmao. My mom got taken to the hospital a bit ago so I was kinda rapped around that, hardly found time to do this workout xD Loving it so far!!
