    Wow!!! That felt painfully great 😃!!! I did it!!! The chair was the hardest for me. I will try it again until I can do the whole 45 seconds 😄 Thank you so much. I love the music 🎶😍 🐕🚢🙏🏼💖✨

    I love this! Thank you and it is just what I need. I turned 65 this year and I felt it but I am fighting back and trying to be the best I can physically to help with age, arthritis in the hips and it can be very painful. All of your workouts help me immensely. I will be back tomorrow for my 2nd day of this legs and I will let you know my results after day 7!! ❤😊

    Hi Schellea, I've been doing your workouts for a few years now, and I'm so grateful I've found you! I love your workouts. They are effective but don't over stress my body. I was diagnosed with Grave's disease a few months ago and your exercise program has helped me be able to stay moving during my recovery. Great leg work out!     love love love been following you and have been constantly working out for the past 2 years !!!     Hi, I've done and enjoyed heaps of your workouts but this one gave me back pain so a warning to others. I think it was the sitting against the wall exercise as that was the only new movement I'd not done before. I've been to dr and on 3 lots of tablets.

    I have one of your old lower body squats workout on my playlist and have done it at least 3 times a week for the past year. My lower body is strong, firm and no wobblies. Looking forward to alternating with this new one now., thanks Sheally ❤squats are the best lower body workout and i find no need for weights.

    I felt lethargic until you woke me up, first with a stretch, then 5 mins fat burner and then butt & thigh. I'm not finished yet but just wanted to say thank you for shaking the blues away and replacing with shaky legs. The chair squat is aaargh but love it. ❤❤🎉🎉

    My legs were on fire, but I love this workout! I’ve done it for 4 days, and I can finally do the squat against the wall for the full 45 seconds! Progress! 💪🏻
