thankyou so muchh shirlynn, im only 11 but i was overweight so i tried working out at home with your workout videos, and i lost 6kg in 1 month! i started eating healthier food and paid more attention to myself. im so much more confident now because of you!
ill try doing this for as long as i can every day! for reference im 5ft 2 (157cm) and i weigh 49kg (108 pounds). im doing this because the past few weeks i have been binging a lot and i used to workout every day but i stopped that. i gained a few kgs so im just trying to get back to feeling confident. day 1: ✅ feels good and worked up a sweat. listening to music is a total gamechanger and makes the time go by so fast! day 2: ✅ was feeling slightly ill today but i pushed through! but remember its better to rest to recover if youre too sick! day 3: ✅ im feeling nearly completely better today. ive been watching my diet while having a small treat to fulfil cravings instead of binging on lots of chocolate! day 4: ✅ i feel like i did eat a bit more than usual today but one day wont harm me. tomorrow im going to make time to do another workout and hopefully get a better routine. day 5: ✅ did this and a cardio video! day 6: ✅ im feeling a bit sore so im going to try stretch afterwards. im also doing other workouts to target the thigh muscles! day 7: ❌ sadly i was so exhausted from a day out that i just slumped in my bed immediately 😢 will make up for this though! day 8: ✅ did this and went on a 1hr walk today. i also was weary of what i ate today 🎉 day 9: ✅ ive been trying to eat in a calorie deficit so hopefully ill be seeing results soon! stay persistent! day 10: ✅ ive been adding extra workouts to this, specifically targeting the areas where i want to see change. i’ve particularly been seeing a thigh gap now! Hi, sorry i didnt update day 11. I found out yesterday that my grandmother had died. She was my best friend and while i’ll still be trying to keep healthy, this has really interrupted my life. hope everyone stays safe. x

Day 1: I did one of Shirlyn's 5 minutes standing no jumping as warm up. A bit hard for me and i'm sweating a lot doing this. Day 2: It's my rest day😋 Day 3: Same as day 1, also did some of her other videos. I'm sweating a lot especially on my back area Day 4: As usual, 5 minutes vid for warm-up. I did 20 min pilates and then this video. It's hard work eventho this is a 10 min video but i feel proud of my self💪 Day 5: Rest day Day 6: I went out so no workout but i did 10k steps with my friend. Day 7: I did a couple of Shyrlin's videos today. I have been on a diet almost 3 weeks, and i feel like my belly fat has reduced. Also a little on my arms! Day 8: My rest day Day 9: It feels a bit easier but still lots of good sweat. My boyfriend said i'm skinnier then before😆 Day 10: I did as the usual. My left arm kinda hurt today idk why, so not really in the mood. But i manage to do a 30 min workout. Note: I have been on a diet since 2 weeks ago. I did a couple of Shirlyn's videos everyday. I also stop eating after 5 p.m & no snack. I had brunch and dinner (b4 5pm). Also i drink a lot of water 2-3 liters/day. 55kg to 53.7 after 2 weeks! Still dieting tho, thank you Shirlyn🩷

update from 8 months later! hey guys! when i used to be really into these videos i would do them all the time. i commented on one, saying how i couldn’t do it to my fullest because of leg and foot issues. i’m happy to say that a month ago i successfully completed my knee surgery, finally being able to move properly again! now i’m starting again, determined and ready for every new video you put out!

hey guys! when i used to be really into these videos i would do them all the time. i commented on one, saying how i couldn’t do it to my fullest because of leg and foot issues. i’m happy to say that a month ago i successfully completed my knee surgery, finally being able to move properly again! now i’m starting again, determined and ready for every new video you put out!

Day4: done again‼️ did it and forgot to update 1 hour ago ✌🏻 so i came back (im also only taking the time to update bcs some ppl say they will update and then suddenly they disappear to nowhere)
Day 5 : I just did this (its 01:40pm) and now im going to eat the first meal of my day lunch 😋 (and i also did an workout for a few days from 'D.N BEAUTY NATURAL' in combination with that i have to add)

1day:it was a little difficult to do lost of sweat btw im weight 36 im 11 yrs old im a girl dont forget to remind my every day to do this ill say when im done
2 day:It was sweating allot again but it was easy I changed my breakfast to wonyoung's breakfast lost 4,7kg
3 day:It was easy my body was hurting from yesterday I almost forgot to do the workout😂
