Первую неделю начинала с ходьбы с Надеждой Пахирко, сначала по 15 минут по 2-3 раза в день. Со второй недели добавила к ходьбе 30 минутный комплекс Милана 3 D, С третьей недели увеличила ходьбу с той же Наденькой по 30 минут + 30 минут тех же тренировок С третьей недели увеличила ходьбу до 1 часа, + тренировки по 30 минут После 4-ой недели, (через месяц) утром и вечером ходьба по 30 минут, днем вот этот комплекс на час После 3 месяцев результат Было : 100 кг , ОТ 112 см , ОБ 121 см Стало: 82 кг, ОТ 100 см, ОБ 110 см При этом я не сидела ни на диете ни на ПП, и ни в чем себя не ограничивала. Сейчас буду продолжать в том же духе, но заниматься буду в бриджах с эффектом сауны

I slowly went from 57kg to 53kg in about 3 weeks, just doing this workout every second day. Just to add: minimizing your calory intake will help lose weight faster. ❤ Thank you guys for this awesome workout 😃
@@nazishsaleem I started 3months ago I was measuring 39inch around my waist but now measure 34inch.i do it everyday for an hour with no diet but cut down on carbonated drinks. It requires alot of patience

I have c section belly pooch. Started doing this. Oh God. It looks easy but it isn't. It really puts your body into work. I started and felt I can lose easily if i just keep doing this daily. Очень понравился этот комплекс,он более легкий,чем 30-минутный,но зато после него осиались силы на 30-минутную танцевальную тренировку с Эммой. Теперь делаю этот комплекс едедневно перед танцевальной треней. Уже за три дня более четкая талия. Спасибо

Hello. I'm not so sure but you can try at least 1-3 months for the best result. Keep breathing regularly. Maybe you can start 30 minutes workout first then increase the workout time. I usually eat 1 banana after working out. Hope you can achieve your goal.
I did some of these workouts yesterday but today I feel my belly is bigger 🤣💔 is it normal ?! I did a lot of different workouts and diets but I can't see changes ..
How about your diet? Maybe you can eat less the carb and increase eating fruit, salad. Drink at least 1l water a day. During and after workout, you should drink a lot of water. You can drink water 30 minutes before your main meals too. Hope this helps
@@kerrykay2181 Ah, now I know why you gain weight. As far as I know, you should eat at least 3 meals per day. Increase fruit and reduce carb, but not cut carb totally. If you just eat 1 time a day, your body lacks energy it needs to burn fat. So instead of losing weight, you'll gain weight because of your body system (stock energy to do activities). I suggest you eat 3 main meals with a little rice, a lot of cucumber or tomatoes, average amount of meat. Drink a lot of water during day. You can choose 5 small meals during day if it fits your time schedule. Just 1 meal a day is harmful to your weight and energy. Maybe you can choose 2 corns for breakfast. Chicken and salad for lunch. Pork, tomato, cumcumber for dinner.

Hello. I'm not so sure but you can try at least 1-3 months for the best result. Keep breathing regularly. Maybe you can start 30 minutes workout first then increase the workout time. I usually eat 1 banana after working out. Hope you can achieve your goal.

Youre not gonna see change in one day, you need to consistently workout for at least a month for you to see tangible results

How about your diet? Maybe you can eat less the carb and increase eating fruit, salad. Drink at least 1l water a day. During and after workout, you should drink a lot of water. You can drink water 30 minutes before your main meals too. Hope this helps

@@kerrykay2181 Ah, now I know why you gain weight. As far as I know, you should eat at least 3 meals per day. Increase fruit and reduce carb, but not cut carb totally. If you just eat 1 time a day, your body lacks energy it needs to burn fat. So instead of losing weight, you'll gain weight because of your body system (stock energy to do activities). I suggest you eat 3 main meals with a little rice, a lot of cucumber or tomatoes, average amount of meat. Drink a lot of water during day. You can choose 5 small meals during day if it fits your time schedule. Just 1 meal a day is harmful to your weight and energy. Maybe you can choose 2 corns for breakfast. Chicken and salad for lunch. Pork, tomato, cumcumber for dinner.
You’re gaining muscles,they’re twice heavier than fat. So you should see the results by measuring the centimetres
