The muscles have definitely become firmer and are almost always tense, I like it😎 I believe that it is unrealistic to achieve a flat stomach in two weeks, especially when you walk with a belly all your life. It will take at least 2-3 months. I also think that my hyperlodosis makes it more difficult for me. Therefore, I will continue to study until I achieve a result. These workouts are so awesome that once you start doing them you will get used to them. Initially it may feel a bit tough but you will eventually get habituated doing them.

As you said you want to lose your postpartum weight then I should suggest that you should consult with your doctor once for which workouts you should choose. During this time the body goes through a lot of change. So its better to do those workouts which are equally effective and not too strenous for your body.
I have been loving these exercises. I need to search your videos for standing abdominal exercises as I have hyper lordosis and some of these moves are hurting the hyper curvature of my lower back.😝

I just completed 90th day of my belly workout today excluding 11 resting days ! Exactly three months of belly workout ! At least I am consistent now in four things 1. Exercise 2. Meditation 3. Study surgery 4. Study Pali Vipassana 5. Study and practice music piano and guitar 🎸 I am showing consistency in these five things now I must show consistency in early to bed early to rise I must sleep before 11 PM and get up before 8 am ! Continuously! With no more than three hours nap ! Let's see from now how much I show consistency in this ! 4.
