Among all the Mizi workout that I have come across this seems to be a difficult one for me I couldn't withstand one for 10 minutes out of 45m but I will keep trying because no pain no gain. 🎉

breakfast: coffee/tea and bread/biscuit
lunch: plain water/coffee and rice/bread/noodles
dinner: plain water and fruit

I'm a Very Much Beginner, to All exercise.. that's not just life. Thank you for helping me learn. I have mobility issues, I can't jump or run- but- I am gaining flexibility And seeing results faster than I could Ever have believed. I stay with you and one other trainer that specializes in seated workouts. Seated, they're Still HIIT.. it's kind of Amazing. Yoga types of moves, ate becoming routine, as I await a few items- resistance bands, because, RA Has deformed my knees and feet- but- I believe, ifi can do the exercises at Least every other day, until Every Day is possible- I'll continue to be happier and healthier.

@@nurlym Hi Nurlym.. Yes I lost 1.5 kgs of weight in these two weeks by doing the workouts in the video. I did stick to mainly home cooked food. These workouts are so awesome that once you start doing them you will get used to them. Initially it may feel a bit tough but you will eventually get habituated doing them.
Can i do this execesise after 2 mnth postportem without dieting?
@@afreenshaikh3406 You have to restrict your diet if you want to lose belly fat. The amount of calories you take should be less than the amount you burn. As you said you want to lose your postpartum weight then I should suggest that you should consult with your doctor once for which workouts you should choose. During this time the body goes through a lot of change. So its better to do those workouts which are equally effective and not too strenous for your body.
