    Thank you for this, have been using yoga to manage my scoliosis for just over a couple of years now, but find that some poses / classes can aggravate it. This is perfect!! I don't know about anyone else, but I find that daily yoga, even just 20 minutes or so, is my daily pain killer, plus it's nice just to have time to chill on my mat. Thank you!! ❤️💛💚💙💜

    Very nice, I'm adding your routines in 2020. I have Harrington rods from 1980 down to about L-1. I'm also a dressage rider and must stay strong. Thank you💪🏼
