Good morning Christine! I also have an s curve, just like yours. I'm 69 and VERY active, but the right side of my back at waist level has started to give me pain when I have to carry weight, or walk longer than a couple of blocks. I think I should strengthen my back in order to overcome this problem. Am I right? Should I alternate this routine with the one you have for back pain, which I've been doing for 2 months now? Or better focus more on this one? Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! Have a great 2022.
It's very difficult for me to give specific advice without seeing you and having more information. Yes strengthening is good! I would also check out some of the core strength videos!
Patrick Nelson yes get some more info from your doctor! And when you practice just make sure to listen to any signals from your body. Pain means « stop or change what you’re doing » All the best! 😊
thanks for the advice i must stop overtraining walk less and do more stretching , my sin was that i didnt rest after the accident and i think thats why ii pay such a huge price the symptoms came after 3 moths but things will get better
Thanks :) I am grateful for a quiet comfortable and empowering practice, it" very helpful :)
