    Phew! Those table-top crunches really isolated my weak core due to my S curve! Thanks so much for posting this video!

    Why can't I even lift my bum off the floor and if I try, I start to get cramp in my right thigh especially?
    I have a big left lumbar curve and it goes to the right a bit further up

    hey my spine is kinda rotated but my curves are went down from like 17 and 19 degree s curve, it went down to 10 and 9. but my right side of my ribcage is more out than my left is there a way i can reverse this rib cage thing?

      you can definitely improve this with the right kind of exercises

      @@MoveWithScoliosis how. how could i improve this? for some reason that one bone below my collar bone i believe and the bone below that one too on my right front ribcage sticks out more. any excercises for that? my doctor said my riser stage is pretty much fully grown
