she's right he needs Jesus. there are plenty of corrupt judges all over the world but God doesn't get it wrong
Time for a civil suit.
No one (being a society with tunnel vision)
commented on how excellent the son handled
the situation. Knew laws were being broken by
'authority" yet remained calmed, de-esculated,
and recorded the whole situation. We would not
have had a clear record otherwise, nor would the
mayor have apologized.
Just last year the 11th Circuit denied qualified immunity in a similar case of an Alabama police office demanding ID. The protection from arrest in one's home didn't apply in that case, but the court held “that the plain text of the Alabama statute is so clear that no reasonable officer could have believed they could arrest Mr. Edger for failing to produce his ‘ID’ or ‘driver’s license.’”

That would be actual justice according to the law, at least for the criminal.
Bro he nearly raypd that poor woman in front of her son. He needs prison time. F the money.

He needs to be criminally prosecuted.
The son has a bright future. He is so steady in the face of corruption.

So the Mayor apologizes, not the cop or the chief. Got it.
I can appreciate that....the mayor is taking responsibility for those working for his city.

Same problems across all small Towns USA, Elected Officials have to bend the knee to the thin blue line gangs.
They don't make mistakes the mayor did by employing these thugs apparently the training they have had for 10s of years is not up to scratch so the chief should be sacked for not getting training up to standard

Many felonies and civil rights violations. I would list them but every time I do UA-cam deletes it.

If we had a federal DOJ with any integrity he'd be processed under the statute of deprivation of rights under the color of law which is on the books but for some reason the federal prosecution can't ever seem to use it
@@ned6938 Same here. Anytime I even mention the 👮♂️ word, it's an automatic removal.
"He's been disciplined"
Nobody gets disciplined for assault, battery, and kidnapping. They get prosecuted. So, Mr. Mayor, when is that happening?
I'm sure it's never going to happen. Sad but true.
She didn't specifically say "get off my property" so we can go in and assault her or she didn't hold her pinky right so we can just drag her to jail. OUTLAWS run the country.
When it comes to Cops. The Cops investigate the Cops, then discipline themselves by giving themselves paid time off for a few weeks.

His apology was not enough to justify being chained and kidnapped, as well as the excessive force, and home invasion, all for an arrest that was 100% illegal.
In other words, "my bad!"
It amazes me how the general public know the laws better than the police
"clean record" and yet he just walks into someone's home uninvited and arrests them without a warrant?

That would be nice. I would have been fine with the son protecting his mother.
Someone gotta create some case law. Eventually someone will resist an unlawful police action with force, including deadly force. Then we need two JUDGES with balls to set precedent.
Instant accountability.
@@cesiba1 it happened in Florida, they charged him with murder and named a new law after the officer that makes ot illegal to resist an unlawful arrest....
@@cesiba1it’s already happened and has been ruled on by state supreme courts and the us suprme court. On one example, a man shot and k*lled the officer trying to falsely arrest him in 2014 (but there are others), the court ruled in favor of the man’s right to defend himself against false arrest.
“…In Duncan v. State, a man named Matthew Duncan shot and killed Alaska State Trooper Sergeant Patrick "Scott" Johnson during a confrontation in Tanana, Alaska, in 2014. Duncan argued that he acted in self-defense because he believed Johnson was attempting to falsely arrest him and that he feared for his life.
The case garnered significant attention because it raised questions about the extent of a person's right to defend themselves against unlawful arrests by law enforcement officers. The Alaska Supreme Court ultimately ruled in Duncan's favor, stating that individuals have the right to use deadly force to defend themselves against an unlawful arrest, provided that the arrest involves the use or imminent use of unlawful force by the officer.
The court's decision emphasized the importance of protecting individual liberties and ensuring that citizens are not subject to arbitrary or abusive actions by law enforcement. However, it's important to note that the ruling does not give individuals carte blanche to resist arrest in all circumstances; rather, it establishes parameters for self-defense in situations where the arrest is deemed unlawful and involves the threat of unlawful force by the officer…”

True. And I love how that came up right away. Clean record. Something we have a very limited ability to check. I guess we just take the mayor at his word. What a joke.

That’s where he will be going, to some other town where he is unknown. There should be a national registry of bad cops. He should be on it.
I’ve interviewed police officers. I was appalled by how many had received no training on constitutional rights. One cop had never heard of a Terry stop.
