As usual the cops hire the absolute worst of humanity and give them the power to ruin your life with no consequences.

They are not hiring the best and brightest. They're lookin for people they can manipulate and brainwash into being a revenue generator
Thank goodness there are always good cops around to stop the "one or two" bad apples 😂

This cop is lied about everything that is going on. 😮
400-pound cop can't even get out of his car without being exhausted and he's supposed to “protect and serve”. The only thing he is serving is the high level of donuts going into his mouth.
"Protect and serve" is a lie. Supreme Court has ruled police have no duty or obligation to "protect" citizens. They have one function as an entity; to generate revenue. An Arizona Judge has ruled that law enforcement isn't even a real profession. Interesting, huh?
These are very dangerous types because they will go to lethal to avoid physical exertion

@@lightw8johnny There was no stop sign. The lights were flashing yellow. Flashing yellows are just caution lights. With no traffic he was not required to come to a complete stop.
This cop had no business in law enforcement.
So per the COP, stating that you are not going to answer questions, is RESISTING, even though you have the RIGHT to not answer questions.
Charges were dropped, but they got him for on the offensive weapon. Which is a lesson for everyone that cops abuse their powers knowing that they can find something to cover them in almost every case, because people are lazy. Make sure you know the legality of everything you do and certainly don't have anything that might be an offensive weapon with you if you don't plan on acquiescing to police power cos they will find it and use it.
Don’t forget that resisting is a PHYSICAL act
He made a HUGE mistake taking a plea… I don’t think that they had a justified Terry stop because the states definition of accelerating too fast is not just a chirp, and cornering is only too fast if you leave your lane or the tires lose traction. Poor guy shouldn’t have caved.

I’ve noticed in loads of these videos, when drivers stay in their car the cop often insists they get out and get handcuffed. But if the driver is already out of the car or attempts to get out they insist that they get back into their car, and both versions are explained as officers safety.
Then it's best to get out right away and when they tell you to get back inside, just get back inside.
It's to establish authority.
Control and Power.
Remember the episode of South Park where Ned and Jimbo would scream THEY'RE COMING RIGHT FOR US and proceed to blow away something totally harmless? This is how I view cops these days.
it's cowardice and paranoia !
If you get out of the car they command you to get back in, if you stay in the car they command you to get out. Ordering someone to get back in the car makes absolutely no sense from an officer safety perspective.
He was stopped for a non-crime, detained, and illegally searched. People need to know their rights.
No...the cops need to know our rights
BuT hE sHoULd hAvE cOmPliEd - after guys been compliant and yet tased and the cop is yelling to comply at dudes corpse.
I've been saying this for a couple of months now and I've been saying at more often and I wish other people would pick it up and start carrying the banner with me. I do not believe that we're in a position to change all the laws that got us in this position, although if we stopped calling them lawmakers and start referring to them as law custodians maybe they'll start dealing with it in that way someday. And we're not going to be able to really accomplish anything by the defund the police or any of that because it's already been hijacked and in reality it probably never would have worked .. We've got too many loose strings to allow just social workers to deal with some of the insufficiently aided people out on the streets and in other play places who have just been run through the wringer, run through the system ,
stripped of posessions ,value and self ,-worth dignity ,even theúr own families ,children ,friends ,futures and employability ,then booted out the door. Theres no 3asy path ,and the only solution I can really see-and that we need to do in this country - would probably be the easiest, and would probably fix a lot of the ills that are happening in policing today. S8mply turn policing around and quit letting it be a career occupation. For instance,( just spitballing here )for those not going straight to college at 18,9r military, can serve aa a 6 yr police officér.That being a Catalyst for college credits and financing. If someone has shown the aptitude, desire and stability to become a detective ,they can put in 10 years as a detective if all goes well then the remaining four of the 20 as a trusted consultant when needed. That gives 20 years to those who really do the right job . It gives structured discipline for those just turning military service age without having to send them off to war in other countrie. Good college credits to move on with their life after this 6 years ,which by all means they could be taking college classes while they're doing their 6 years I just believe this would stop the good old boy... got your back.... no matter what you do..I turn my eyes.. don't look at what you're doing....and all other BlueLine crap. Anyway, with somebody coming into the station and out of the station every1- 2 maybe 3 years.. there's not going to be that loyalty to each other on a personal level- and maybe more of the loyalty to the country and the job for which they've been hired . It would damn sure slap the crap out of the Union because there wouldn't be people paying those 20-25 -30 year dues and would eliminate moving up the ladder into the Union Rank and file... the blue line with eventually Wilt away because it isn't going to be us against them... it would be more of the individual trying to make sure they do the best job they can because their future and their next career basically depends on it. They wouldn't have time to sit around, get Fat Pat each other on the backs and get enough information on each other that nobody wants to open up any can of worms (on anybody else)as it might spill out on them. I really don't see any other way that we're going to straighten this out other than actually welcome those young men and women who go over and fight our war at that age become the ones will end up fighting the war here preserve our rights. Let the battle be against the things and people who wage war against the populous in America

Similar thing happened when my oldest son was little. It was summer and our windows were down. A cop pulled up next to us not wearing a seatbelt. I think the theory is that the red and blue lights mean you are detained and not free to leave. But I agree with you, at no point was this guy told he was under arrest before being grabbed and man handeled and hand cuffed. To me this is a case of excessive force. He plainly stated he stopped him for "taking off quickly" and then "spinning his wheels", no part of that warrants grabbing him. The law ought to require them to clearly say "you are under arrest", and then wait at least ten seconds before they are allowed to get physical. Otherwise, telling someone to put his hands behind his back is not a lawful order, is it? Also, if people are not aware that they are under arrest and someone grabs you, the natural reaction is to pull away, which they call "resisting arrest"
You shouldn't be able to be charged with resisting arrest if they don't say "you are under arrest". How do you know?
'you are under arrest' 'for what' 'resisting arrest' --> court --> profit.
Some states, like mine (Florida), don't actually have a charge for resisting arrest. It's called resisting an officer. That's so incredibly broad and overused.
Resisting arrest is BS anyway. It's natural to resist a stranger grabbing you and putting you in chains, even if it's justified on the part of the police. And who is really shocked if a real criminal resists? Another weird one imo is being charged with escaping. Duh. That's what prisoners do.
@@theindooroutdoorsman Some states have both, resisting arrest and resisting/delay. They like to utilize verbiage to allow them to use the two interchangeably to trick people into not providing ID.
Working around "Mens Rea" (Latin for a “guilty mind”) is a terrible problem in the USA. "The Pressing Need for Mens Rea Reform" on "The Heritage Foundation" website describes the phenomenon as over criminalization.
The case of Criminal Trespass against Travis Heinze somewhat recently in Paduka KY, exposed the serious need for reform since the crime in "normalized practice", working around Mens Rea, makes it illegal to go on any private property not owned by you. Travis' case is far worse than that however, since they also ASSUMED authority of the church and charged Travis believing they had permission to do the church's bidding on their property.

That cop doesn't have the temperament for the job. He needs to go.
lol, DJ is a legend playing that song Officer Short Stack walked in to the bar 😂😂😂
Why do cops think that you’re OBLIGATED to talk to them???😡😡😡
This was absolutely a cop getting his feelings hurt, and he was going to manufacture the situation to get back at this guy. Needs to be off the street immediately. What a huge liability.
Considering this cops waistline, huge is an understatement 🤣🤣🤣
As an elected official, he should be exposed to the citizens who elected him.
that was my little play on words attempt@@lordandrewbruceofthemcinne5046
He's still on the street
I like how he immediately assaulted his victim.
SOP
How was the search of his pockets even legal?
Officer Tuna was skeer'd. Its legal if the person doing it is out of breath and scared, right?
That AWFULSIR NEEDS FIRED ASAP.. and did that cop say that the dude works for him? False arrest and lying and retaliation shouldn’t be tolerated and whoever does any of those things needs to be fired and charged
So I guess they no longer have physical requirements for being a police officer. As long as you have psychotic tendencies...You're hired...
Good one!!
Half of US Cops are Fat. That’s why many shoot instead of chasing
suspects. A fit teen or early 20’s person could easily outrun a foot
chase.
@7:25 "Pulled away from me touching you." .... "My commands" ... He gave no commands, he just attacked.
What a disgrace to the uniform.
Cops earning the hate one interaction at a time. 😢
Their tiny egos can’t handle someone even acknowledging them. And who in their right mind tries to spin out in an SUV??
Plus it was cold judging by the snow on his bumper and that corner was wet, it likely had ice.
Never ceases to amaze me every time they pull you over they say get out of the car for officer safety but then when you get out they panic and go crazy crazy
It's a control thing, not a safety thing.
Cop : " my need to impose my will .."
You didn't play the game Simon says correctly.
@@victorfournier5931 that's exactly what I thought when I watched the video of Daniel Shaver.
Because they are cowards!
NEVER, EVER, agree to a plea deal.
They are gonna take his car and destroy the interior and charge him an outrages amounts to get it back.
Officer Woddles, at your service.
Guys a walking heart attack.
Some guy charged with MURDER the other day cos the cop who (illegally) arrested him had a fatal heart attack.
@@natlegend That was months ago, and that guy is STILL in jail in pre-trial confinement. His lawyer is failing hard at not putting forth various motions. That case should be tossed, the prosecutor keeping it alive should be charged with malicious prosecution, the cops (all of the ones on scene, not the guy who died, obviously) should be fired and charged.
That's in Florida. Ron DeSantis lost any credibility with me long before the Primaries because his executive branch, the cops, all throughout the state are completely out of control. If he can't control his branch of government in his state, how is he to be trusted in the White House?
Weebles wobble but they don't fall down!
@@natlegend We are now living in a Country that our Fore Fathers fought to escape.
Then you get charged with murder if he dies waddling up to you.
That cop should spend more time on the treadmill and less time being a tyrant
I'm pretty sure just turning on the treadmill would cause Officer Fatty McGee to have a heart attack.
@@frocat5163
Ha! Bwahahaha! Holy…
Fatty McGee!
Yes! Perfect!
that officer needs to be put in prison
Cop was flirting with the waitresses and the DJ embarrassed him
It should be a federal law that all police must explain the reason for a traffic stop as soon as they make contact.
Some states have passed that.
In California they past that law.
This kind of "plea" deal happens all the time. The cop loads the guy up with multiple tickets for ease of negotiating with the prosecutor so the "VICTIM" gets stuck with something. It is disgraceful, and it is not policing or law enforcement. It is Gestapo bullying.
A cop that can't breathe during questioning 😤
Thanks for sharing!
Why don't prosecutors prosecute police who admit on their own bodycam videos that they're retaliating for lawful activity? The only logical answer is that they want to stay buddy-buddy with their friends.
Corruption and massive conflicts of interests have been bred by “governmental immunity,” until we the people remove this portal to a, “get out of jail freed card” for obvious constitutional violations, these problems will only get worse.
They’re just as corrupt.
Because no one ever scares prosecutors.
Because they're on the same team. There's also the fact that police can and do retaliate against those who make them look bad or take away their credibility.
The name of the game is collect money from people, and in this case try to ruin people's lives. 90% of cops have serious emotional problems and think that everyone should bow down to them, when people don't it really makes them mad
He’s out of breath already from literally doing nothing already lol.
Imagine how horrifying the wheezing and gulping for breath would have been had it been the cop pumping the gas?
Just like a predator, he thinks he sees someone run so he has to chase them.
LOL, a concealed weapon? what a joke!
He didn't "get on it". He's got a rear-drive car and he hit a puddle which was clearly visible, so course the tires might have slipped a bit. This cop is insane and this is clearly targeted & retaliatory, and he looked for ANY feeble excuse to stop him.
That's a defense in court, that very well may win. But by using that defense, you are admitting that the stop itself was legal. You are admitting to your crime, but it wasn't a crime because of the justification that you gave. In order to prove fruit from the poisonous tree, to get the resisting on weapons charge dropped. You would have to prove the stop was illegal. That the cop just made everything up
@@alexh8613 Admitting to what crime? The crime of hitting a puddle?
@@howdoesonesocial Spinning out around the turn. That's illegal. The puddle gives a justification for spinning out. But that's a justification that is used in court. Just because you are not guilty, doesn't mean that the police do not have probable cause.
@@alexh8613 tires spinning is not illegal. It happens on every rear wheel drive car at some point. Drifting would be reckless, having your tires squeak a little isn’t.
I'd like to see the FULL footage, starting at the DJ's workplace. How many blocks did he follow him until he thought he saw something he could lie about and TURN INTO an "infraction"?!?!?
When a guy gets his ego hurt we get over it, when a Leo gets his ego hurt he becomes a rabid animal!!
In this day and age it is hard to say anyone that takes a plea is guilty of anything because the vast majority cannot afford the fight. The prosses is the punishment. And even if you are innocent there is no guarantee is going to see it your way with the way the Judges will not let the Juries hear the truth.
Why is he going in his pockets? He's not under arrest.
Tyrant cop needs jail time for this
I feel like when you can hear a cop breathe on a bad body cam, maybe he shouldn't be a cop.
Thanks again 😊
Another stellar example of Protect and Serve
That tubby cop can barely even talk, he's so out of breath.
Cops are such drama queens. They're divas with a badge and gun.
The officer was too far back to see someone's wheel spinning in the middle of the night
