  • “In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, in the expert's mind there are few." (Shunryu Suzuki) The intention for this practice is to move relatively slowly and feel our way through each posture as if for the first time. Maybe you are a beginner or maybe you're more advanced -- either way, slow down, set down preconceptions, and open up to the possibilities of this moment. We'll move through Warrior 1, Humble Warrior, balancing standing postures, and more. We'll end with a short + simple seated meditation. Suggested prop: blanket or mediation cushion
