  • This class is all about strengthening the core and arms. We'll start with core work on our backs, then move into yoga flows with core and arm work woven in throughout. Expect core work on your back, in yoga postures, and in many plank variations. You'll finish feeling powerful, confident and energized!

    Hi! I am a man and just saw this video because my grandma does your lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟

    i think it´s very powerful core and some spots of arm ;) your classes are special and demanding, i´m sweating with joy ;)

    I have a very weak core and this flow killed me several times! I almost wanted to exit the video but I’m glad I didn’t! Will keep coming back til I’m stronger and toner!
