As a greek man myself, I am proud of Saki serving canned food. He really stuck to his roots and tried to exploit every single thing there is to a restaurant from overpricing every dish to using low quality materials. He is a true greek restaurant owner/chef.

What blows my mind is seeing how many restaurants don’t know how to cook food, and yet think it’s top of the line taste and quality. I want to learn more about ramsey’s background in cooking. He knows so much so well. He picks these dishes apart like play-doh

It's a hell of a rabbit hole. Ramsay goes back to Marco Pierre White. Marco goes back to Nico Ladenis, Raymond Blanc, Albert and Michael Roux. From there you're practically in Escoffier's kitchen.
Ramsay has trained primarily in France, but he has also studied food from all over (and I mean ALL OVER) the world. He doesn't try to cook any local/cultural dish without extensively studying it beforehand, including learning from local, experienced cooks.

The great thing about Gordon is that he only expects people at restaurants to be good at what they’re supposed to do. He doesn’t yell at servers for the food. He yells at cooks for the food. He gets upset at bad service at the host. He gets upset at the owner for management. He never misplaced blame.
Why yell at the one handing you the food, did they cook it, did they handle the food in any way other than transporting it from there to here? These are things people should ask before they start shouting unnecessarily at the one who’s only job is to hand you your food not prepare it waiter, and waitresses deserve more respect than they get.

The whole "dead lobster in the lobster tank" situation is actually a really big threat due to uncooked lobster being known to decay extremely fast and can be rendered completely inedible in just a couple of hours.
And can render lobsters that have eaten it equally inedible. (and equally as dangerous to try to eat)
It's practically infuriating that these people act astonished when called out on their shit, and then be defensive about it. They cook shit and serve it to a world class chef, like are you serious?
