The show aired in 2010. This is actually one of the few restaurants on the show that are still open in 2022, with the original owners. So initially a lot of denial, but the guy certainly can cook.
He can certainly cook but wouldnt be able to work for anyone (like myself). Way she goes sometimes. If this show comes back you wont see GR facing off against good chefs like that guy again. Stick to mom and pop diners

It's so sad watching this guy. He clearly knows how to cook and he knows it but he also knows how much of a failure he is.
