I LOVE tabata!!! I HATE lunge jumps 😂 gosh you make them look so easy😮 am I the only one who struggles with those? Pop lunges are doable but I can’t seem to get enough height to jump like that from one lunge to the other. It’s so hard for me

I turned 41 this year and I’m feeling it for sure. I guess I should just consider myself lucky to even be able to get through a workout at all! 😅
In June 2023, I was supposed to head to the gymn but was delayed. I decided to look up a you tube aid video an this randomly came up. It's been 8 months now, and what I initially disregarded as transient knee pain has progressed to Chondromalacia Patella of both knees. Not every exercise suits every one, work out under a professional instructor. PS: I'm in my 40s and quite regular in the gymn.
i got severe pain in my knees ee.. daily i am doing this exercise since 3 weeks..but knees are paining,, should i continued or it will be norman after 1 week...plz guide me
Where was the count down timer? Not sure if I missed something different setting up today. No bar across bottom and no timer in corner. I have a love hate relationship with the counter and must be more love bc I missed it. Frustrated workout. Megan

My heart rate was up there! I even got minutes for peak heart rate which never happes. I am totally addicted to Anna's Tabata ❤
